High standard repair work, Top customer service, no complaints at all. Highly recommend.

After taking my BMW here I would happily recommend the services to anybody in need. I was super impressed with the level of care and consideration taken, my car was well kept and I was looked after extremely well. They repaired my car to such a great standard it enabled me to sell it and get exactly what I wanted for it... BONUS... I've now upgraded to a Discovery Sport! Cheers lads, hopefully I wont be seeing you anytime soon but as and when I do need your help, Ill be back on the phone.

I recently visited this workshop with my Ford Puma ST and I am totally amazed at what they have done. I have no idea what was done in regards to the actually work carried out. e.g. respray/paint/buff etc but what ever they have done... its PERFECT!! The rear bumper looks flawless it looks completely undamaged. Everybody was so friendly and kind I never felt out of place. If I ever need any bodywork or repairs done on any car I own, I will confidentially bring it here.

A perfect example of 'excellent customer service'. Everything they did was perfect, and highly professional. They repaired my car great, I would happily pass on the recommendation to anybody that needed repairs done on their vehicle. My Vauxhall Zafira was mended quicker than agreed so I was very pleased with that.

Very happy with the efficiency and speed of the mechanics at Autocraft Telford, we went down with my Wife's VW Up and they got it fixed up in no time. We had updates and good communication from the receptionist whilst the car was been repaired. I would be happy recommending to friends and family.

A fanatstic restoration on my Daughters car, we went to Autocraft in Telford after been recommended by a friend. I have already passed this recommendation on again to friends, they were fantastic guys. The Suzuki came back as good as new and my Daughter was extremely pleased. Thank you Autocraft!

I'd like to thank Auotcraft for the work they did on my Mazda. I was pleasantly surprised when I collected it, it looked lovely and clean and you'd never of known the damage was there in the first place. I thought the customer service was lovely, just ever so helpful, kind and didn't 'take me for a ride', they explained everything and I was fully aware of the prices before agreeing anything. I am over the moon I have found these and will always recommend to anybody.

I liked the hassle-free and non stress approach Autocraft take. I called and booked my Mercedes-Benz CLA for bodywork repairs and the whole process was as simple as ever, it was fantastic. I was able to leave my car without any worry, they provided a hire car for me to use (never received service like this with a garage before) so it really was zero hassle for me. It appears to be a perfect match on the car so I'm over the moon with what they have done. I don't WANT to have to come back for repairs, but if I ever NEED repairs, this is the only place I will be contacting.

I'll be very honest... I cant remember his name, but he was a lovely chap and very polite. He took very good care of me and my car. I spoke with the lady on reception a bit too, she was ever so polite and courteous. I had my Kia Sorento repaired and I couldn't be happier, they have done an outstanding job. Thank you all involved.
