I've used these 3 times now for repair work and believe it or not... I've never crashed into anyone in my whole life.... I have been driving since 2001 and never bumped another car but.... in the last few years 3 cars have crashed into me... just my luck!! Somebody crashed into the Ford S Max recently so I have used Autocraft for the repairs, well I have every time. I wouldn't go anywhere else now these are the best in the business. I am always totally happy with their work, everything is precise and pristine. I normally tell people to come to Autocraft when they need bodywork done, I always will. Thanks again, Marc B.

When somebody crashed into my car I was in two minds of what to do weather to get it repaired or get rid... I was at a bit of a loose end so I did some research and called Autocraft... the guys were brilliant, they gave me some great advice and was honest with me. They were polite, friendly and so helpful, I booked in and decided to have the car repaired and keep it. The worked was carried out quickly and I couldn't believe it was my car when I went to collect, it looked like a brand new car! If you are needing any repair work doing and unsure where to go.... go to AUTOCRAFT TELFORD!!

I booked my Mercedes in with Autocraft Telford for repair work, I am happy with what they have done, the work carried out is of good quality and I would be happy to visit here again if I ever needed body work repair work.

I took my Grandland X to Auto Craft Telford recently and they have repaired it so well, its of a great standard and it was ready sooner than expected meaning we could collect it even earlier. We was dealing with the receptionist, she was a lovely Lady on the front who sorted everything out for us. Really polite, helpful and smiley 😊. In 1981, brothers Robert and Colin Fielding founded Autocraft with £3000.00 in a 2000sq ft unit in St Georges, Telford. The first vehicles they repaired were a Triumph Dolomite and an Austin Marina van.
Although founded by Robert, In the early 1990’s, Roberts son’s, Darren and Matthew joined Autocraft and the business continued to flourish.
By 2010, a new site at Hortonwood, Telford was identified. Plans were drawn up for the layout of an exciting new repair facility and in 2011 the business was relocated.
The modern Autocraft Telford is now the premier accident repair facility in Shropshire and the business continues to strengthen its position in the UK Accident Repair Industry with over 20 manufacturer approvals.
