Absolutely great guys at Autocraft Telford I took my BMW X3 Sport in and was so impressed with how they fixed it up, it looks brand new, you'd never even know. Absolutely great garage and great staff working there, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

What a company!! I am honestly so so impressed with how they looked after my car and the amazing customer service I received, I felt like everybody I spoke to went above and beyond for me, but in particular the lovely receptionist, she was so incredibly helpful and highly knowledgeable. She was on hand with any questions and always made me feel welcome. My Vauxhall Astra went in for repairs but I didnt expect it to come back so clean and shiny, they had polished it and even waxed all wheels, it looked absolutely brilliant I was so happy when I picked it up. I trust Autocraft 100% and will always make these my first shout if I ever need any more work doing!

I am utterly blown away with the level of care and customer service provided by Autocraft in Telford. They have a fantastic team of talented people who go out of their way to ensure a slick and smooth service. When I initially got in contact with the garage I spoke to the receptionist who was full of knowledge and advice, she booked my Mini in for a couple of days time and explained everything to me in great amounts of detail. I felt at ease and taken care of, I knew my car was in safe hands. Every single person I spoke to was wonderful, really professional, slick and very nice and friendly. I highly recommend Autocraft Telford to anybody needing any work carried out on their cars. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable garage then look no further! My Husband Dan, has a BMW 420, and although its a beautiful car and drives very nicely, I'm starting to believe its bad luck! This is the 3rd time the car has been crashed into through no fault of our own... every time we have taken it to Autocraft and they have been able to get it fixed up and back to what it should be, luckily, they know the car inside out now and have got the job done professionally, quickly and to a degree of excellence each time!
