Avoid this place cars are all tarted up to sell after sales team are the worst I've ever seen

Bought a BMW Series 1 2013 around 20 months ago. Some months ago a warning came up about the front drive system. After the regular service they found out that the transfer case is faulty! It looks like someone changed just the oil in the transfer case to get over that fault for a while. So now i can pay £3500 extra on a new transfer case! Well played Avaiable Car could done it better! This should be a warning for everyone. Be careful with this company!

I took the warrenty pack out when we purchased a car from available car. The water pump has now had to be replaced and the warrenty company won’t cover it. I had the same issue with my previous car brought from available car when the dual mass fly wheel also went. The warranty won’t cover wear and tear. What a waste of money and I would advise anyone not to purchase the warranty from them.

I've had many cars from available car castle donnington and while some have had faults, they have always helped out and put it right. Most recent purchase was my 4series. 2 months in and the gear were changing sharply so let them take a look. Free courtesy care and they fixed it for free within 4 days. Even said if it comes back within the next 6 months bring it back.

Bought a car at Available Car in Castle Donnington. The car started speeding when I tried to slow down. Engine fault on second occasion. The manager refused to accept the fault. The car was dropped off and they failed to call to inform us of the situation. They refuse to return my money. Very poor after care. They revalued the car 6.5% less than we paid. Stay well clear of Available Car.

Available Car Castle Donnington sold me a car for £12,700 and within 2 minutes of leaving the forecourt the engine management light came on. Accelerated to 60 mph and the steering wheel was juddering and vibrating so badly felt as though it was coming off in my hand! Both frightening and dangerous. **AVOID**

purchased a car on the agreement faults found on test drive would be fixed. Car still faulty when i collected it and 4 weeks later still waiting to be repaired and now I've been told it will be another week. Avoid at all costs

Not very good afters sales. Found a fault with the windscreen a day after buying the car. They refused to repair it.
