It my first time visiting this company, I left feeling very happy in my Vauxhall Zafira Tourer! Mitch was very straight forward and told me everything I needed to know about the car, so I've got to give him credit for that. For that reason, I would happily come back in the future.

I felt very well looked after by everyone involved throughout the sales process. He showed me a lot of respect as a customer, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I've had my BMW 1 Series for a couple of weeks now and it's been spot on for my daily commute. It is the easiest 5 stars I've given.

Jamie made everything very comfortable from the moment I first arrived at the dealership. Once I was ready to take a closer look at the Ford Kuga, I approached Jamie who was more than happy to pass me the keys to have a good look around on my own, which I really appreciated. I took the car out on a test drive, and I've been driving it ever since.

This is my 3rd car that I've purchased from Birchwood because they never let me down! On this occasion, I went for the Peugeot 108 and it's a lovely car. Even though it's a small car, my German Shepherd still approves, which is all that matters. Mitch has looked after me over the years & for that reason, I will always come back.

He walked me around the showroom and talked about all the cars they have on offer, as well as giving me some good answers to my questions. After seeing a couple of cars, I was very interested in the Nissan Qashqai, so I took it out on a test drive and it really helped the decision making process.

40 years ago I bought a car from Paul, I was his very 1st customer and it was a truly great car he sold me. Now looking to present day I have had a unthinkable amount of cars from him, and not one has ever let me down. I went for a Nissan Qashqai this time round and it is as usual, l perfect in every way. We are heading down to Cornwall in a few weeks, and cannot wait to get it out on a long drive. I refuse to insult this business , who feel like family to me a 5* I would say at the very very least 10* would be allot fairer. Bought the best car I have ever owned from Birchwood, I was needing a bigger car as the car I had well I kept on banging my head getting into, wasn't ideal at all haha. Mitch was great at helping me he was very polite, friendly and helpful, genuinely couldn't fault em, Ending up buying a BMW 3 Series from them and I can say that its a top car along with top service.

I found Birchwood Motor Centre whilst I was on the look out for a new car, and im so glad I found them. I have now got a great new car that I adore, but the experience to buy the car is the reason I would defiantly return. The staff who helped me were very friendly and polite. Extremely knowledgeable, not only about the car but all the products too.
