I was not enjoying my Peugeot 2008 I have had for a while, so I headed over to Birchwood to have a little browse of the cars, see if anything tickled my fancy. After allot of chats with Dean, we looked at a few different makes and models but the Citreon C4 excited me the most. I have had the car now for a few weeks and its immaculate, not one issue and running like a dream; I now enjoy driving again and its such a joy. I would like to say a big thank you to Dean for being so patient and kind throughout the whole time. Not once did he use any pushy sales tactics and he gave me all the time in the world to make my decision without any pressure.

My family and I have been using Birchwood for at least 20 years to buy our cars, every single car we have ever bought from them has been top notch. The most recent purchase for myself was a Mercedes A Class. and as usual I have had no problems with the car and it has been amazing, Its not just because the cars are flawless in why I have been so loyal to Birchwood over the years, the staff are impeccable. Jamie in particular who has helped me the last couple of times has been fabulous. From my experience with Dean at Birchwood Motor Centre when I bought my new Hyundia Ioniq were absolutely fantastic, I was greeted with a warm welcome, he was friendly, helpful and very patient with all my questions. First time buying a car from Birchwood Motor Centre and I couldn't be happier. The car is running great, I had a slight problem with a funny noise when I was going over bumps, but as soon as I called Mitch he couldn't have been more helpful, due to my busy work schedule I couldn't leave the car there today but Mitch has informed me to give him 24 hours notice for when I can bring it down and he will have it in the garage being fixed for me. Mitch and the rest of the lads down there display absolutely magnificent customer service, the most friendly, helpful dealership I have ever used. Defiantly the place to go and I have already been recommended this dealer to lots of my friends and family.

As a family we have been using Birchwood Motor Centre for years and they have never let us down. This time round i picked up a Vauxhall Grandland, with the help of Dean the salesman who was ever so nice. For the first time ever I had a minor problem with the car, but the guys were outstanding. As soon as I mentioned any problem they had it back in and fixed it so quickly, since them to car has been solid and its honestly a great car.

Jamie at Birchwood Motor Centre assisted us whilst we were looking for a new car, I have to say he is a credit to Birchwood! He is absolutely charming and a real proper gent - Nothing was too much trouble for him. We bought a Mini Countryman and the car is magnificent I'm thoroughly enjoying the car, and I am thrilled to bits. As my son has recently passed his driving test, we were on the look out for a safe little car for him to start off with. After some chats with work colleagues the same dealer kept on being recommended, Birchwood every-time! So one weekend we headed over, Mitch greeted us and helped us, he showed us lots of different options that would be best for a 1st time driver. As soon as we found the Fiesta we knew that it was the one. We have had the car now for about a month and it has been fabulous and my son adores his new wheels!

I absolutely love our new little Yaris I recently bought from Birchwood, It is the first smaller car we have had and I tell you what it is better than any big fancy car I have ever had. Literally thought the fuel gauge was broken as it it wasn't going down - no, its just got phenomenal fuel consumption. Honestly I couldn't be happier and to put the cherry on top Jamie who helped me was 100%, couldn't fault the fella.
