I am a returning customer and I can't tell how how brilliant the guys are down here. Honestly, such a good bunch of lads. I bought my previous car from them which ran like a dream the whole time I had it, I let the sales advisor know that I was looking for a Mokka and it turns out he didn't have one, I asked if he could get one in and I'll be there straight away. He gave me a call once he had found one and no word of a lie he got me the best Mokka he could of ever got me. It had full service history, every single document, low milage, you best believe I ran to that dealership... I didn't walk, I RAN! All of my family buy from these guys because their customer service is absolutely A1! I would give these guys 5 stars all day long! I actually would go anywhere else now!

Mitchel was the most helpful chap even when I was going though the process. He was so patient with me and found the best car that suited me well which I am so happy about. All of the dealership I went to previously, the staff were so impatient with me and so pushy, but down at Birchwood Motor Centre there was non of this. Just kindness, happiness and a lovely sales advisor!

I used Birchwood Motors 6 years ago and because of personal reason I had to get a new car, quickly - I didn't really want to because the one I had initially was running a treat. Anyway, I came back down because I knew they had some nice cars and bobs your uncle I got what I wanted. I part exchanged the old car in and the deal was done. This is an excellent service that I have recommended to so many people. I would defo go back again when ready.

I have bought 5 or 6 cars from form Birchwood now and genuinely any time I have had an niggle they have been on it for me and got it sorted. I wouldn't come back if they weren't so good. I can highly recommend from many personal experiences. See you again in a few years lads.

This is the second time I have bought form you and I have always been satisfied. I am best impressed. My Fiat 500 X which is the most recent purchase is great, not long after purchasing the AC started playing up a little, I let Mitchel know and he got the car straight back in to get it fixed without any quibble. No messing around here. Mitchel you have done a great job! A 5 star service.

I couldn't of been happier, Firstly Dean gave us all of the time in the world for a test drive and he was really cool and calm about everything. There was one thing that really stood out to me - We sort of just abandoned my mum and left her in my car well me and my dad was looking over the car and then we went on a test drive. Dean offered my mum to come and sit inside and offered her a drink and made her feel nice and comfortable. I am so happy with how kind Dean was to her and how considerate that was. The while process just flowed really nicely and the staff were so so helpful. I wouldn't rate anything other than 5 stars. Such a highly recommendable place!

I am very happy over all, and my experience was 10/10. Everything ran just as it should of done. The VW Golf is driving like new and I am loving it! Thank you !
