I have dealt with Birchwood a couple of times now and each time they have been brilliant, I trust them and wouldn't buy anywhere else now, they have been fantastic with me over the years and always looked after me. I collected the Ford Focus and it looked incredible, it was even better than the advert 100%. Really good lads there that are willing to bend over backwards - its a lovely dealership. I highly recommend and will be back when ready.

I helped my daughter buy a Focus from Birchwood, she did the majority of the communication about the car and part exchange, but I spoke with the guys down there an numerous occasions and did the finance etc. The customer service was really good, they were always so helpful and friendly, they talked my daughter through everything and thoroughly explained everything. She is absolutely over the moon with the car, she loves it. I will look at Birchwood Motor Centred next time I need to upgrade, very impressed.

Very happy with my Nissan Micra, the price was the best I'd seen for the year and mileage, the car was really clean and shiny when I collected it - just over-all really pleased with everything. Kelvin was really helpful and talked me through the process and steps, there was lots of communication back and forth and they always responded to me very quickly. There was a couple of things I picked out on the car, but nothing major and I'm still very pleased. This dealer is over an hour away from me, but I'd happily travel again.
