Really pleased with my recent buy from this dealership, I bought a Mercedes-Benz E-Class, its running well, very smooth to drive and comfortable. Dean is a lovely chap, he was very pleasant to deal with. It was a effortless process and stress-free. I had a small issue with the window button not working and when I told the dealer they said no problem, bring it back down, they ordered a new switch and fixed it straight away. The Kia Sportage is perfect, its running nicely and very comfortable. Birchwood Motor Centre really looked after me, I will 100% recommend.

I recently bought a Volkswagen Golf, I didn't buy the car for an every day car so I don't use it that often, but what I have driven of it, its lovely, very enjoyable to drive. No complaints with the customer service, the dealer was helpful and friendly and the process was smooth. I would use again if they had the right car in and I'd recommend to others.

I test drove and it suited me perfectly. I bought the car mainly for practicality purposes, but now I'm used to it, and really pleased with it, and enjoying driving it. Its a beautiful car and serving its purpose well. The chaps down at the dealership were spot on, the looked after me, very good and helpful. I'd be happy to buy from BMC again.

I cannot fault Jamie and Birchwood Motor Centre, from first contacting the dealership, Jamie was helpful, polite, very friendly and had a lot of knowledge around the car I was enquiring about. There was no pushiness or pressure, he allowed me the time I needed, there was no rush. I have already been back down to the dealership to look at a car for my girlfriend, so will be completing that deal very soon. I highly recommend, I will 100% use again in the future.
