Very very happy with the Hyundai I recently bought, its a great little car, been driving great since buying, no issues at all. The dealer was helpful and very friendly, they sorted the car out quickly and did everything they said they would. Very happy customer.

I just bought a 66 plate Nissan Qashqai from the chaps at Birchwood, and I'm chuffed to bits with it. This is the 3rd purchase made from this dealership, and all future vehicle purchases will be with them as well. I have got to know the guys at the dealership over the last 5 years when I've been buying cars from them, and hand on heart, they are amazing at what they do and will certainly look after you. They always source cars for me, I contact them and tell them what I want and within days, they have sourced, prepped and got the car ready for me. The Qashqai is perfect, really enjoying it, it's running and driving smoothly and its a very comfortable. Thanks again Birchwood, I will see you all again very soon!

I just upgraded my car to a Mercedes-Benz, and wow! The car is lovely, its immaculate, in top condition, clean, shiny, low mileage, looks perfect and its beautiful to drive! I am really really happy with it, I'm glad I chose to buy from Birchwood Motor Centre, Jamie was absolutely lovely, he really took care of me, he was down to earth, explained everything thoroughly, helpful, he handled everything very well and did everything and more than I expected. I will defo go back to Birchwood when I need a new car again. Although it was a very different experience of buying a car and I didnt get the usual showroom experience, they team did a fantastic job, and I got exactly what I wanted! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The customer service at Birchwood was absolutely brilliant, this is by far the best dealership I have ever been to, I will definitely use them again in the future for all vehicle needs! I bought an Audi A1 and the car is incredible, its such a lovely car, looks great, drives perfectly, and it's very me! Due to covid/lockdown we click and collected the car and the dealer had gone above and beyond to get the place safe, restrictions and measures in place - just over-all a great dealership! My daughter was looking for a new car recently too, so I recommended Birchwood, she's just completed the sale and is absolutely over the moon with them too!

I bought my daughter an Audi A1 from Birchwood Motor centre, and the salesmen were absolutely great, very very helpful, lots of information and friendly and polite. My Daughter is over the moon with the car, she loves it, she's looking after it very well and enjoying it a lot. When we went to get the car, everything was covid-safe, contact free, it was a great set up and they kept all customers and staff safe. I will return to Birchwood again for another car in the future, very very good customer service.

I bought a Vauxhall Mokka from here and its the first diesel I've had, so it took a little getting used to, but I like it, I really like it. The size is great and handling is brilliant on the car, I'm really enjoying it. It was lovely and clean too when I collected! The whole thing was very smooth and quick, no waiting around, they looked after me well.

We bought a Kia Sportage from Birchwood Motor Centre for my parents in law, they are made up with the car, not got out much it in, but what they have driven of it, its lovely and they are very happy. I dealt with the dealership and sale, and I can honestly say the customer service was excellent, very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from here and I will be recommending to others looking for great customer service and good value cars.

I would like to thank Calvin for everything he did for me when I was buying my new car. He understood my circumstances, and was more than accommodating, he went above and beyond for me. I had my kids with me when I viewed the car, he treated me and the kids really well, he never applied any pressure on me, he was always there when I needed him. I received regular updates from the dealer at each stage. I bought a Ford Focus and the car has been brilliant since buying, its perfect, no issues at all with it, it drives lovely and its in top condition - its like a brand new car, really impressed. I will 100% be back to Birchwood Motor Centre when I need something new, they value their customers and go the extra mile, I was really looked after. Highly recommend.

I cannot fault the chaps down at Birchwood Motor Centre they really looked after me, I was looking at a Ford B-Max. I mainly dealt with Calvin, he was brilliant, he even made me a cuppa while I waited! Since buying the car has been lovely, it drives well, very comfortable and practical, its fab! I will be back when I'm ready for something new again - top garage and customers at the heart of the business!

I was looking at upgrading my Smart car to a Smart fortwo, I saw a lovely one with this dealer and from first speaking to them, they was really helpful and so polite and friendly. I asked lots of questions and they answered everything, it was really good customer service and the aftercare has been brilliant too. I got a phone call checking how I was getting on with the car and making sure I was happy with everything. The car is lovely, it's a little bigger than my previous one, I'm enjoying it. The car was delivered to me and it was in great condition and very clean! I would happily use this dealer again based on my experience.
