I have used Birchwood Motor Centre previously, and I've always had a pleasant experience, the staff are helpful, friendly and very accommodating. I just bought a Volkswagen Tiguan and I'm super pleased with the car, its very enjoyable to drive, its perfect! I will continue to recommend this dealership and I will be back when I'm ready for an upgrade!

Brought a rather expensive car, reported faults under ‘Warranty’ within 2 months and major ones fobbed off and emails now ignored leaving me with an expensive brick. Will be taking legal action - daughters a solicitor...would give no stars if that was an option!

My warning light for tyre pressure sensors came on during my journey home from purchasing the vehicle for £20k+. They have been promising me a repair for 11 months. Nothing but excuses.

Purchased a vehicle from Birchwood Motor Centre and a few months later engine completely failed and cost £2.5k to repair, contacted Birchwood Motor Centre and they told me they would offer no warranty or assistance and would not respond to any emails. Be very careful when purchasing a car from this company as it seems once your off the forecourt they are not interested if you have any faults with the vehicle and it will cost you a lot of money for repairs.

I bought a car from Birchwood Motor Centre earlier this year, unfortunately there was an underlying fault with the car. Birchwood sent it for repair a number of times, supplying a courtesy car each time to keep us going. The issue could not be fixed however Mitchell and Kelvin advised us we could change the car for another at the showroom. Unbelievable Customer service from start to finish where they really did go the extra mile for me and my family. Will definitely use them again!
