Customer service is very bad at Car Store Coventry. They can get nasty with you as well and make you feel as if you are been a nuisance. They are excellent at getting your money and making sure you keep the car for the 14 days guarantee and after that you are stuffed. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

Bought car and expensive warranty. Car was supposedly thoroughly checked before purchase - 5000 miles later major work needs doing and they refuse to cover it. Apparently we are negligent if we don't follow manufacturers recommendations but they don't even when their Ford dealership says they should. Would never buy a car from Evans Halshaw Car Store in Coventry again and they're giving the name Evans Halshaw a terrible reputation.

I buy a car 2 weeks ago from Evans Halshaw Car Store in Coventry and I have had some scratches .I discuss with the sales man and he make me a appointment for next week. I was there and the manager told me they can't solve my scratches becomes my car it's old. They put me a option for covering scratches for what I pay and still nothing. I'm really disappointed and disgusted on those people who wanna just selling cars and nothing else. I don't recommend to Evans Halshaw Car Store anyone.
