My and my husband are loving the Range Rover, it was shiny new! Simon and his boss were absolutely wonderful! I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Simon and his boss. We couldn't of done it without them!

All is running very well with my new car and I am very pleased all round. The Audi A3 is dream to drive and I have no complaints in the slightest. I would 100% rate 5 stars.

I came to Carlisle Audi to purchase a beautifully clean and tidy Audi Q7. This was a second car as I also have an electric BMW, so I switch between the two. I tend to use the electric car more often but when I do drive the Audi, I very much enjoy being behind the wheel, it is a fabulous car, and drives so smoothly. The difference is huge between the two but both very nice cars! Simon, the salesman was ever so helpful and very knowledgeable, he assisted with anything I asked and was thorough in his information and key points. After my visit to Carlisle Audi, I recommended my daughter as she was in the market for a new car and she has been down and collected her car, she is over the moon and also had a very very positive experience. I was confident recommending to my daughter and I am confident recommending to anybody else looking to purchase a new car.

Both Andrew and Simon did a brilliant job in securing me a fantastic deal on my RS5. It was a pleasure to be dealing with both great salesmen, they were honest and upfront and a pleasure to do business with. The car was just as expected, if not better! I was purchasing an Audi RS5 and I had high expectations, which were exceeded. It was a very friendly sale, no pushiness and it was all done in a timely manor. A great experience that I can say only deserves full marks!

I cannot tell you just how much I am loving my new E- Tron! A few of my favourite things about the car: 1 - the comfort! It is a dream so so smooth and extra comfy. 2 - The power and performance, its great for when you want to put your foot down! 3 - the aesthetic look of the car, it looks incredible! I love the car more and more each time I drive it, it is remarkable and I couldn't have purchased anything better. I cannot fault the car in the slightest and I cant fault the service provided either. The whole team were on hand to help with any query and I felt I was looked after to very high standard.

The communication during and after the purchase of my Range Rover is incomparable to what I have experienced with other dealers in the past. Carlisle Audi have been so forthcoming with information and I have never had any reason to chase. Nathan is fantastic at what he does, he really looked after me when making the purchase and explained everything clearly. On the whole the Range Rover is grand, the only issue I have encountered is with a chip in the windscreen which they are resolving no questions asked.

Just wanted to jot down a quick review to say a big thank you for the Audi A3! I am more than happy with the car. The customer service provided by Mathew and his colleagues was absolutely excellent. They ensured all the t's were crossed and the i's were dotted. Highly recommend Carlisle Audi.
