Absolutely nothing but 5 stars for Essex Car Company. The salesman that helped me during the purchase of my Ford Fiesta was fantastic and he never tried to give the hard sales spiel thankgod. Happy days!

We initially went to look at a car at another dealership, but we weren't happy with it. By pure coincidence, we drove past Essex Car Company and decided to stop to see what they had to offer. Chris, the salesman, was amazing, and I'm very pleased with our Vauxhall. The service and the car exceeded our expectations. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Charlie, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Charlie got things done quickly and efficiently for me. Any information I needed, he knew right away. It was impressive to see the extensive range of cars they had available. When it was time to pick up my Ford Kuga, it was lovely and clean, which made the handover even more enjoyable. Overall, I would give this experience a 4.5 out of 5 because, well, no one is perfect, right? But Charlie and the team came pretty close!
