Couldn't be happier with Essex Car Company and with the VW Tiguan I got from them. The car is great, still driving very well and I cannot foresee any problems there.
My friend owns a private garage and has just completed the service for me, he says everything is okay.
I would rate Essex Car Company 10 Stars, everything has been very good and I am happy.

I haven't got the BMW 2 Series anymore as I sold it soon after just because the car wasn't for me but I came here just to say how incredible the service I received was. Loving my new car so far, I have had a couple minor issues, looking on Ford forums, it appears to be issues with the particular line of Puma and not necessarily a problem with the dealership.
All the team have been very helpful, I highlighted some things which needed to be address prior to me committing to a purchase and they sorted these without an issues.
The car runs very well and is perfect for the journeys I do.
My only criticism would be the things I highlighted prior to sale were things a less car savvy person might miss so maybe doing additional checks prior to sales would make this a clear 10/10.
