Very happy with my BMW X5 but coming from a BMW M4 it's a bit underwhelming. It's lovely to drive, however I don't think Ill keep hold of it for too long. The team were great on the day, and I've got no complaints. I know they ordered me a spare key, so I'm just waiting for that to arrive otherwise all good.

I couldn't have asked for an easier process to get my Ford Ranger. It was my first time owning one so I had a lot of questions to ask but Victor and the team were able to answer them all, along with offering a test drive which was great. After agreeing to take the car, I collected it the next day and everything was sorted, I couldn't ask for much more. I'm really happy with the Ranger, I think it's been a brilliant car.

My Land Rover Defender has been running perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier! I did have a small issue with the front suspension arm initially, but the team was incredibly quick to get it looked at and replaced without any hassle. It drives lovely, and the service I received was great. No complaints.

Happy to give the guys a 5 out of 5 for a great car buying experience. I've had my Citroen Berlingo for around 4 weeks now and so far I've not come across any issues. On the day I was given all the space needed to make a decision, and not once did I feel pressured. I'd 100% recommend to others.

I've only put a couple hundred miles on the clock because it's just being used for short trips for now, but I’m loving it. The saleswoman (wish I remembered her name!) was fantastic, really helpful with all my questions, and gave me a fair price on my part exchange. Really pleased with my Range Rover and a great experience all around!

I'm delighted with my Mercedes. Since driving away I've fitted a tow bar for my caravan and the person carrying out the work fitted it without impacting the body kit, which was a big win. Dylan was really professional and made sure everything went smoothly while I was at Essex Prestige. I plan to run this car into the ground over the next five years, but I'll definitely be coming back here when it's time for the new car. Easy 5*!

Everything has been spot on at Essex Prestige! The car's been running well, and I've got the home charger set up now, which makes everything so convenient. I always try to come back when I can and the last time I visited, I bought a Mercedes a little over a year ago and had a great experience then too.
