I can't get enough of my new BMW i8, which is running great. I'm looking to take out the extended warranty, just for peace of mind, but hopefully I won't need to use it. I dealt with a lady whose name I forget, but she was incredible, I thought she was very informative and made the whole process a nice, relaxing, fun experience. As a former salesman myself, I had high expectations, and she didn't disappoint. Top company to get a car from.

My Tesla has been brilliant! I've got no complaints at all on my end. I'm really enjoying it and slowly getting into the electric car hype. It's my first electric car, so I'm getting used to charging it each night since I had a charger installed. The salesman was a nice bloke. I did my research beforehand, but he was very helpful and answered all my questions. I never give top marks, but this dealership definitely deserves 4 stars but I would consider getting another car from here in the future.

At this moment in time I can't comment to much on my car that I purchased from here because the DVLA has been dragging there heels a little bit so we've not not had the log book. Luckily it come through on Friday so we were quick to put the private plate on and within 24 hours of getting it, we jumped in it and took it for a short drive. It's been hard to walk past the car parked on the drive as me and my partner were looking for this exact model of Mercedes for over a year. But we look forward to using it now it's all sorted, so lets see how we get on!

After spotting the Mercedes-Benz EQB advertised online I was quick to see it in person because of the price it was up for. The staff were all super welcoming on arrival and showed me straight to the car I came to see. He was very respectful, giving me as long as I needed and very polite when answering my questions. I haven't driven the car much since driving away but I'll get around to it.

Overall my experience at Essex Prestige was a simple one. I knew what car I came to see and the team were happy to pass me the keys to have a look around. I ended up getting a great deal on the BMW and you can't ask for much more than that.
