I couldn't be happier with my Mercedes C-Class because the moment I saw the body kit on the car, I knew that I'd be taking it home. Thank you to the sales team for all of their time and patience. Not once did I feel any pressure to get the car, I was allowed to look around it at my own pace and for as long as I wanted. Everything was on point, and I've got no complaints.

As a returning customer I can safely say that Essex Prestige is a great company to get a car from! On this occasion, I went for the Audi Q5 and for the time I've owned it, it's been brilliant. Nick took really good care of me while I was getting the car and he made me feel very comfortable while at the dealership. To this day I feel like if I called him up, he would be happy to help.

Fab car and fab service. Nick was ace. It was a simple process. I called the day before, we turned up, and Nick gave me the keys. My dad and I checked out the car and took it for a drive. We came back, and I got to see all the documents and the service history. I was happy, so we went ahead and bought the Mercedes. It was really quick and simple.

The atmosphere at Essex Prestige in Harlow was exactly what I hoped it would be. It was such a relaxed environment without an arrogant salesman giving you the typical hard sales pitch. I wish that every salesman could be like Niall; then, second-hand car dealerships would not have the bad reputation that they sadly seem to.
