Everything was perfect with my recent car purchase. The car was in excellent condition and thoroughly cleaned. Previously, I had purchased a Jaguar from a dealership in Halifax that was highly recommended. They assured me over the phone that the car was fine, but when I travelled from London to see it, I discovered major issues. They promised to sort it out, but never did. I am happy to tell you that my experience with Essex Prestige was totally the opposite, and it would be rude of me not to give them a 5-star rating.

Everyone was amazing at this dealership. I chose a Mercedes, and it ticks all the boxes that I need it to. Overall, I'm very happy with my new motor, the customer service, and the after-sales support. There isn't much more they could have done to make it better, to be honest.

So far, so good with my Tesla. My sales advisor and all the staff reassured me and made sure I was 100% happy that I wanted to go ahead with the sale. I felt looked after and very comfortable at all times; I knew I was in good hands. I had so many questions, and the salesman was really patient and he answered all of them in great detail. Honestly, the staff here are on point to deal with! I was blown away by how good my Ford Focus looks and how well it drives. There are literally no issues with the customer service; they are so polite and accommodating! I cannot speak highly enough of them; if you're on the market for a new car, get yourself down to this dealership.
