Second car I have purchased from f g cars the staff and cars are top class would never go anywhere else now keep up the good work guys

I would like to leave a review for FG MOTORS on Clarence Street, Loughborough. The staff are very helpful and always assist me to the correct motor i require. I have used FG Cars for a good number of years and find no reason why i should use any other garage for my personal and business use motors. Great bunch of lads, highly recommend them!

Like all motor companys, all smiles,and chummy,taking your money.,but if anything goes wrong with your motor ,they turn quicker than the weather.Then run straight to there lawyers, that cost them more than the repair would have done. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Another second hand car with an undeserved MOT. I will be adding my case to the Trading Standards file, and am currently checking out the listed Company Directors for both F&G and the MOT testing station. Any organisation which sells cars with dodgy braking systems should be put out of business.

Such a good experience at fg cars and it can be especially nerve racking as a first time buyer but the staff at FG cars are unbelievable good guys who are genuine and want whats best for you. They helped me find my dream car a fiat 500 and was within my budget. If you want a good, reliable car i would go to FG cars. I went to a few other dealerships but FG cars are the best by far, I wouldn’t waste your time going anywhere else but here. So grateful for the staff at FG cars and can never thank them enough.

Bought a car from them with just about every problem it could have . Worst car I have ever bought and worst car I have ever owned. Oil leaking from engine block - I had the rocker cover changed but it was leaking from elsewhere too. Battery was dead could just about hold enough charge for 2 starts. the starter motor was on its last legs. the car wont start when hot. totally ripped off.

We were on the verge of buying a car here, but were absolutely astonished by the rudeness of the salesman. His attitude was confrontational and borderline aggressive. When we found us walking out, he asked what had changed our minds - the simple answer was that he did. Having read the reviews, we are glad we made this decision. The car's MOT had been done recently by the on-site garage, which may not be independent.

Test drove a car and highlighted issues. Weeks later issues were still not resolved and after service by them and in particular their manager Kieran is absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this place and go somewhere that can give great service before, during and after the sale!
