Recently purchased a Jeep from FG cars Loughborough for my wife. We travelled from Lincoln to get the right vehicle, which was one owner and low mileage. From the onset, the sales team were happy to stand back and let us inspect the vehicle, take it for a test drive, with no sales pressure being applied. We purchased the car and drove home. On the way we discovered that there was a fault which put the engine management light on when travelling above 80mph, which they would not have known about. We rang them and returned with the car, their diagnosis was spot on as to why and offered to put the matter right at their costs. We Knew what was wrong from speaking with Jeep. We returned for fitting of said part, but it was wrong.The sales team went out of their way to sort it out rather than let us down and have to return. They took the faulty unit for a refurbishment, from a specialist, and all is now good.(Great Customer Aftercare). On my personnel experience I can highly recommend FG cars and would purchase from them again.
FG Cars Loughborough is the worst garage ever, car was brought, few months later the car wouldnt move although it was serviced by them just before i brought it. BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!!
Great after sales service, my local garage couldn’t fit me in to sort a minor issue for a few days, but the team at FG dealt with me the same day, thoroughly recommend them.
I bought my car in October 2017, I had a great service at that point I was happy. in December I noticed my tyres were wearing away, and becoming very dangerous. I thought this was due to the bad weather until I checked and they were almost bold. I went back to FG motors with my husband, I was trying to explain that this should not happen so soon after especially if the tyres as I was told were new within such a short time period. the person I was talking to was very adamant it was because of my driving and it was due to my commuting to work and back, I have been driving for over 20 years and never experienced this problem. he chose not to discuss anything with me even though I have made the purchase and chose to only speak to my husband. we ended up paying £90 for 2 new tyres. he advised us wheel balancing had also been done. since then I do no longer commute to work, millage has gone down. since January, however the same thing has happened to my tyres again. so clearly when I took the car back, the problem had not been fixed, on speaking to them again today the same person has again advised me it basically is due to my driving. I will be paying £120 again to get the tyres changed and appears I will need to do this every 3 months. very disappointed when I have spent over £5000 for this car.
I saw a car I was interested in for sale by FG Cars in Auto Trade. From the moment I arrived at FG Cars in Loughborough I was immediately impressed by the wide range of quality vehicles on display and the pleasant staff who were professional and courteous. At no point did I feel pressured and I was able to comfortably peruse the cars that appealed to me. On the basis of that I decided to leave a small deposit and then purchase the car after a test drive and inspection in person. The car was nicely prepared and the dealers allowed me time on my own to look over the car. They put 12 months MOT on the car even though it had 6 months left. After agreeing to buy the car the handover was straight forward and professional. The whole process felt un-rushed and without any pressure, even they offered me a nice coffee, with a staff such friendly and helpfull. Based on my own personal experience of buying a car at Fg cars I would recommend them without hesitation to my friends & family.
Extremely good selection of cars and have an amazing showroom! Was left to my own devices to browse around the forecourt and it was no trouble for us to test drive one of the cars we liked. Cant thank F G Cars enough for supplying us a good quality car and excellent customer service. Hats off to you and we will 100% see you in the future

Gutted !!! I bought this car on finance from FG Cars Loughborough as it was a lot to us at £6500. I travelled 250 miles for it. We had spoke on the phone and i looked at pictures so I knew what I was expecting. advertised With low miles, 2 Keys, Service History. The car itself was lovely but it stops there. When I arrived i was given 2 mins to look around it. It was parked 6 inches away from other cars so i forgot to check the Glove Box and could not open the passenger doors. The test drive was ok but short as it had no Petrol at all. When signing the paperwork the Sales Manager who dealt with me kept dealing with other problems. One message was that some one was bringing their car back !!! I asked about the 2nd key as advertised and the Sales Manager spoke to a member of staff who appeared from a back room 2 mins later with a key. When I tried this key back Home it did not fit my car. So i now had no 2nd key, no Vauxhall Wallet, no service book & no Radio code which was all supposed to be in the Glove Box I was told when signing the paperwork. When i got Home and checked the Glove Box it was empty. Just a locking wheel nut key. On the phone i was offered £145 towards a new key but I only received £120 a week later after the complaints team at the finance company got involved. The Radio code was needed after the battery died 2 weeks later. I replaced the Battery but FG cars refused to cover the Radio code cost of £30. The Finance company actually paid it for me as they recognised it was unacceptable to supply a car without it. The Vauxhall Wallet arrived in the post after complaints got involved in that also. Any customer service stopped when i drove away. FG cars have got a bad review for £55 !!! The 2 weeks of fighting for what I got was a complete waste of time for all involved. All I asked for was what should have been supplied. As a learning experience to myself service history can be and was only one invoice with the word Service on it. No service book was given over. I expected the same treatment with a complaint or problem as I had when i spent £6500 with them. A happy customer left bitter. for £55 !
We bought a car from fg cars and I will do everything in my power to ensure nobody else does!!! We couldn’t pick our car up for over a week after the deal had been done due to ‘lost car parts’ after collecting the car a few days later we noticed a really loud noice going over any small bump. Also the electric kept cutting off. I called the lovely Kieran who told me to drop it back in and they would look at it. We took the car back and the same day was called to say it’s all fixed and there’s no electrical problem. I collected the car and within 2 mins of pulling of heard the familiar noice that had been there previously. Yet again I called the lovely Kieran who said it had been test driven and was all ok but I could pop it back. So you guessed it...I took it back and low and behold it needed work doing. There independent on site garage fixed the noice and that was the end of that!!! ....... 4 excited children loaded ready to leave for holiday at 4.30am and guess what? You got it the car broke down! The absolutely amazing Kieran said to return the car and he would fix it. We returned it and he fixed it.....or so you believe! Off we went on holiday and guess what? The same part broke again! So we’re now in Cornwall with 4 kids for 2 weeks with no car. We were told by fg cars to sort everything out and get it fixed and they will pay. That’s all well said and done but have you ever tried to get a signal in Cornwall? We asked them to do it but was told no. Anyway my husband had to catch a bus into the village to a mechanic and get it all ordered and booked in but not for 10days as that’s all he could do for us! So for the whole holiday we were traveling on buses at £20 a time with 4 kids in high season. The 10 days pass and we take the car where it needs to be to be told Kieran had given them the wrong car part number and they can’t fix it. At this point I demanded the ever so helpful Kieran to find the part and sort it as we’re returning in 4 days!!! He found a used part and it was fitted the day before we came home. The mechanic advised to return the car and cut our loses as it was a health hazard. We travelled home and on the way home we were like a family of kangaroos. Constantly jumping with no speed what so ever! The fabulous Kieran told us to bring it back and they will fix it. We spoke about returning it and he said it wasn’t possible. It would cost us thousands and wasn’t possible. So we collected the car after arguing that we needed more warranty. We had the car 7 weeks with a problem every week. Kieran organised an outside warranty company to take over the cover on our car! I Day later I’m completely stranded at work again because the car had broken down and wouldn’t start! At this point we’ve completely had enough. Kieran’s telling us it’s just the battery and he’ll pay for a new battery. Enough was enough so we called motonovo who issued us our finance to be told that we were well within our rights of a refund. The lovely Kieran wasn’t so happy now! That in happy that he wanted an email from us telling him that motonovo gave us the advice we needed so he could pull out of using this finance company. With everything in motonovos hands now it turned out motonovo wouldn’t give us the finance for the vehicle in full as it wasn’t worth what they were asking. We wasn’t told about this at all. Fg cars took out another loan with motonovo for insurance against the car so that they got the full balance! It also turned out the first time we returned the car and they didn’t fix it we were well with in our rights to reject the car! We rejected the car and were awaiting our refund to be pestered by the amazing Kieran again blackmailing us. Saying he wouldn’t release the money to motonovo until I sent them an email telling them motonovo had advised us to reject the car. I refused to send the email and immediately called motonovo who called Kieran whilst I was on the line as well and the fabulous Kieran told them i was lying. He had literally hung up from me 2 minutes prior to this reusing to release the money. So motonovo took over and sorted it with fg cars so we had no contact with them after this. Kieran told us on returning the car that it would go to auction which was yet again another lie. It popped up on there site not long after being returned and then 6-8weeks later we have a letter from the tax because they still haven’t returned the log book! I never leave negative feedback but feel this is well deserved. I would avoid these at all costs. There not only lying salesmen they are also aggressive. Please don’t spend your well earned money here!

Was interested in a Seat Altea XL, the advert stated full service history with 7 stamps, looked good, but under further investigation found that this information is false, I dug a bit deeper & found that this car had not been serviced in the past 3 years (60K). Be vary careful of any car bought from FG Cars in Loughborough.
