We had made arrangements to be there at eleven and it was three so I said my sorries and John was very nice and went to get the wee red car wee wanted. In the meantime a very rude woman was being completely unreasonable and tried to involve me nae chance. The men from the garage were being more polite than I would have been. PMT says it all. We had a blast what a blooming laugh, we left with a beautiful car that not red, but brilliant white and very pretty. These guys made buying our car a day to sign at for a long time. The moaning mini called them cowboys, NO WAY. A real trio of amigo's or Larry, Curly and Mo. Thanks you Guys. George and Mary😂😂😂😂

Dealt with Kenny from the beginning, very polite and friendly man. Even though the car already had a 6 months MOT, they still put a years MOT on and fixed what was needed. They are a very honest garage, and won’t hide a problem. We will definitely go back to Glenfields for our next used car, this is the only second hand sales garage that we’ve been to that are genuinely honest. Which is a huge rarity!

Bought an old octavia estate, cheap deal but lovely drive, about two weeks ago. From the off the guys were all chat and friendly and just let me look around it without hassle. It was as described, couple of car park dings but solid and nice. I bought it, they asked to keep it a couple of days to mot it for a year and right any wrongs that came up. I got the call a couple of days later and had looked online at the fail which had two advisories too which were a tyre and front discs. I picked it up and it was spotlessly clean (I'm a chef I'm big on hygeine) but best of all, and this is above and beyond for a dealer selling a cheap car, it had new discs and pads and a new tyre! That's a conscientious, professional company, that's the exact way to keep a good name. They live or die by these things and they are clever enough to realise this. It doesn't end there- after a couple of nights I noticed a wee puddle of coolant in the morning, a cup full maybe. I called them and they said to bring it to them asap. I did, they diagnosed it as a waterpump and fixed it free and that's why I sit here now, happy and content and why I will buy my next car there and nowhere else. If I'd bought it privately I'd have paid the same probably but been landed with 2-300 quid of repairs already! That's why I say always buy at a proper car business. Find one you can trust like glenfield and stick to it.

I purchased a Mazda 6 and a VW Polo for me and my sone at the beginning of July this year (2022). Couldn't have asked for a better place to deal with. James in the dealership was first class. To be fair there was one issue that arose with my son's VW Polo which was rectified without any issues at all. If you're looking for a pre owned car, I would thoroughly recommend Glenfield of Kilmarnock.

I bought a lovely Mercedes Benz SLK from Glenfield. Despite being quite old, the car is in excellent condition and was extremely reasonably priced. The staff were all pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. There was no hard sell and I was allowed to play around with the car at my leisure prior to buying. After the MOT and service the guys put on new alloys and tyres, and even filled the tank for me at my request. Big thanks to Brian, Stuart and the others. They made the process really easy. I love my new car. Would recommend.
