BUYERS BEWARE OF GLENFIELD OF KILMARNOCK. The Lotto Garage with the 50/50 car warranty. If your car goes 50 feet or 50 seconds away then your warranty is useless! well to be fair the car salesmen are quite nice, however they are car salesmen and i can only assume that they have learned their trade from the Master himself ? Arthur Daley. Bought my 1st car from them only took 4 visits back to them from Fife and 4 days off from work (my first mistake was paying cash, oh how i,ve learned). Second Mistake was taking another car from them in place of the 1st car. Brand new MOT on it and 4 different garages stated it would not pass an MOT in their garages. Unfortunately for me i was involved in a road traffic accident which broke my hip and back. Car wasn't used for 6 months and when it was it banged and thumped due to suspension and ball joints being worn on 4 sides of the car (hence it should never passed an MOT). Add to this the injector seals were stripped of thread and the head had a hairline fracture. After paying £5500 for the car and the £1200 to date trying to get the car back on the road. Guess what ??? The car is back in the garage so basically i have funded i would guess 2 or maybe 3 off the sales staffs wages !!! I would have used the momentum warranty i was sold ! But oh when i tried, Momentum renegaded on their deal. ( Its in the hands of Office of fair trading and Trading standards now. Next stop VOSA). Its quite sad when you can actually do a deal and make money as a business without hurting those who have very little money and come to a Car trader expecting value for money. My suggestion is that if you are spending your hard earned cash. Look else where. Oh and Glenfield Car Sales i expect nothing less than you pushing reviews beyond my post that rate 5 stars to hide this review. At least be honest with your customers. You have the potential to be a really good dealer in cars.

Glenfield of Kilmarnock provided me with a beautiful premium Lexus RX300 for a real competitive price. For a car 13 years old it was in great condition with everything in good working order. Understandably the AC needed a top up and the rear drum brakes required a service which most mechanically minded person can do themselves. All drum brakes are a pain and easily suffer corrosion. Thanks to Glenfield, I definitely recommend them to others. My only suggestion is to the sales team..." Introduce your buyers to what other vehicles you have on offer and do so with a smile!

I purchased a saab 9-3 diesel from Glenfield of Kilmarnock last September. Im very pleased with this car and not have not had any problems so far and I drive to Glasgow from Ardrossan every day and the car never misses a beat. The car was reasonably priced and I would purchase another car from this garage the next time I am looking.
