We were on a hunt for my son's first car, and after an extensive online search, we came across Hatters Car Sales and I was so pleased we did. We bought a fantastic little Aygo for him, and he is loving every journey and running like a dream. Based on my recent experiences, I would likely return to Hatters Car Sales in the future.

I am always a bit dubious when looking for a car as you never know what will happen especially when looking online. I was looking for a car for my son so I started to look locally but those dealers didn't fill me with much confidence so I looked further afield and found one in Luton. I was still a bit apprehensive so I made sure to do my research and looked at their website and reviews which were all positive. With previously working in car sales myself I kind of know what to look out for so I was hoping it would all work out but I am still always worried even when collecting the car that something will go wrong. Luckily though, this was not the case at all and the team at Hatters Car Sales have restored my faith in buying a car from anywhere in the country. The whole sales process was amazing, they couldn't have done more for me. Anything I asked for they got for me in no time and there was no waiting around. If I was ever in the market for another car I would definitely go straight there. My son loves his Toyota Yaris, he wanted that autonomy and he has that and more now. He initially wanted a Renault but thankfully he listened to me and went for a Toyota as it is much more fuel efficient than he would have got which I know from experience as I have a Toyota also. All I can say is thank you so much to the team at Hatters Car Sales, it has been a brilliant and lasting experience! I would give them 6 stars if that was an option.

The team at Hatters Car Sales were really welcoming. I came to get my Mercedes GLA and I had about 4 friends with me but it was no bother to the guys and they just looked after us all, offering us drinks and just making sure we were all well looked after. It felt like we were getting that royal treatment, I just can't fault how they treated us!

My Mercedes A-Class from Hatters Car Sales Is a really good and clean example of a car (I've viewed a number that haven't lived up to pictures), which is the most important thing. I was offered to take the car out on a test drive that was a decent length and experience chatting with Bash / Bobby which was great - great customer service, and nice to buy from a family business.

I had to put a lot of trust in the advert because I was travelling all the way from Liverpool to Luton, but it turned out to be worth it. The car has been perfect for my daily commute to work, and the drive back to Liverpool was perfect and I enjoyed getting use to the car, I don't think I've been out of the car since. The staff on the day were excellent, providing all the information I needed and taking the time to explain the paperwork to make sure I wasn't left with any hidden surprises. High score from me because I wasn't expecting the team to be so transparent about what I needed to know about my car.

Finally I found the perfect Renault Clio which has been a joy to drive. There hasn't been a day since visiting Hatters Car Sales that I haven't used it and it's been perfect for my daily drive into work. After scouring Autotrader for ages, I finally found the exact car with the exact spec I was looking for. On the day to view the car I was greeted on arrival and show straight to the car once I explained which one I had come to see. The service was fantastic from start to finish! They really let me take the lead in making my decision. A solid 5-star experience. Big thanks to the whole team, especially the three gentleman I dealt with.

I've only had my car for a short while, but I've already taken it out for some good drives and put some miles on it already. So far it's been the perfect car with no issues (touch wood). I'm not the best with names, but I believe it was Bobby who assisted me on the day of sale, and he was excellent. I don't have any complaints whatsoever about him. Once I was happy to go ahead with the car, it was time for the dreaded paperwork but he was happy to talk me through everything so I wasn't left with any hidden surprises, which gave me a lot of confidence in the dealership. When I picked up the car, it was presented beautifully and valeted inside and out ready for me to drive away 😊
