Ross was fantastic to deal with, I thought he was very patient and it was nice of him to stay after closing to help finalise the sale. He didn’t try to upsell anything or force a deal, making him one of the best car salesmen I’ve ever dealt with.

We are absolutely loving our Volvo V90! I've had dash cams and a dog box fitted, and it’s been the perfect downsize coming from two cars. I reckon it's the smoothest car I've ever owned. The dog is a big fan too! I can't remember the blokes name but the salesman was spot on, he knew his stuff. After agreeing to take the car we even took out a 3-year warranty, and they had all the documents ready to go. Slick, no hassle purchase. I showed the lads at work and they were impressed with it, so I recommended they check out Hilton Car Supermarket for themselves. To top it all off, the hot chocolate was lovely.

No complaints from me. The only reason for 4 stars is because the finance company delayed the purchase by a day as they didn't pay out, so I had to come back the next day, but otherwise experience was a good one.

Getting on well with my new car! It was my first time visiting the dealership, and so far, so good. Customer service was excellent—they let me take a test drive the car before hand, which helped a lot with the decision. My wife will need a car soon, so I’ll definitely be back in touch when she’s ready.

Samuel was spot on while I was making the purchase of my Nissan X-Trail, there was no push sales tactics and he was great to strike a deal with. I would have liked more off the price, but I'm happy enough. The Nissan is getting the job done and driving lovely, so I can't ask for more.

As my son was turning 21 we were in the market for new car. We found ourselves at Hilton Car Supermarket to look at a Mercedes A-Class we saw online. After a good look around the car and getting some good information off the salesman, we decided to take it. On the day of collection, there was a bit of confusion when it came to the drive away insurance they offer as my son hadn't actually turned 21 yet but we managed to get the issues resolved in the end. The lonest trip the car has been on will probably getting it back home but for the other trips done drive perfect.
