Just got back from the Oldham branch where I went to see Tom who was the most ‘down to earth’ person I’ve ever met. He’s absolutely fantastic, I ran a bit late however he waited for me and not left till we got everything done. Answered all my ‘silly’ questions and was patient at all times. All I can say is please please if you ever think of getting your dream car, the best place to go to is these guys. Great deals, great environment and honesty best staff ever! Can’t wait to pick my baby up in few days🤩 Highly recommended!!
In short this dealership was recommended to me by a friend due to having a ropey credit history myself. After the most superior communication from Thomas and the work that he and the HPL team put into finding finance for a car, today I signed on the dotted line. NO pressure. Clear communication throughout and unbiased advice. By the end of the nearly 2 weeks of work, may I add without being coaxed to put down a holding deposit, I still walked in today and finally signed my agreement. I would highly recommend this dealership to ANYBODY struggling to find a dealership that cares more about individual circumstances than purely sales. I can’t speak for the other sales representatives, who were all pleasant and friendly, but if you are looking for a new car and you want a person that’s relatable, honest and goes above and beyond look up Thomas at HPL Motors Oldham. still waiting for a return of £99 since the 30 june very very poor company ask for deposit back on the 14th july and still waiting
please be aware under any circumstances DO NOT leave any type of deposit what these con men do not mention is it is non refundable please be aware buy off a reputable company not these

Surely before putting down a deposit you would have weighed up if this was the right decision yourself? It’s unfair to slate a company if you didn’t ask this before you paid. I had the opposite experience.

Yes why put a deposit down, deposits are not usually refunded or that defeats the object of having a deposit

I didn't have a problem at all with this company... I took the opportunity to leave a deposit on a car which I had been looking for for 18 months.. Then decided against it, messed them about a bit, but still go my deposit back.. Went for the car the second time, they took my word that I was coming to purchase the car without a deposit and saved it for me.... Not only that, but I had Absolutely fab service ~ super valeted, big bow on bonnet ~ I love my car till today and I was still thanking my salesman 2 months later😁👍🍾🙌👌 Don't slate a company, its not fair to judge, when you've not kept your word on something. Yes this dealer is not honest and they're so pushy to get your deposit (without mentioning it is not-refundable), regardless that on their Facebook page it says it's refundable!
I’ve recently purchased a car from here and I cannot thank Paul enough for his help in the process . Even with the current state we are in Paul was unbelievably helpful and made the process extremely smooth and very professional . I can say I’m a woman with not much clue on purchasing cars, insurance , tax etc and Paul couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you x

just now Spent a couple of hours negotiating a HP deal for a car that my wife and I liked. We needed some more time to to see other garages and think over our options so decided to reserve the car at HPL with a 'refundable' £100 deposit. We decided to buy a car from elsewhere in the end and have since contacted HPL motors for our refund but to no avail. Avoid at all costs.

I went to hpl motors looking for a new car was assisted by Jordan Dodd who was great help he helped me find my perfect car he was very helpful and had great customer service skills I would highly recommend Jordan and I couldn’t thank him enough. I’m one happy customer so thanks again
