I found idrive to have an impressive selection of cars at a good prices, the boss 'Mark' has been more than helpful with any queries and concerns I have had. I recommend speaking with him if you want to get a good deal on a car.

I do not know why people are dropping bad reviews because this dealership is the best showroom I have ever been to.I had talked to Zack who was very kind and very caring towards the customers.It was regarding a Audi A1 which I had bought from them.It was a Cat c and after they had talked to me and told me about what cat c is I had lost a bit of hope.When I had sat into the car it felt very nice and good and the ride was just excellent.I had took the car to Leeds dealers and they had passed the health check.Thanks again for this fantastic service.

After Visiting a number of garages this week I finally gave up my search until my last stop at idrive in Halifax, the staff were very friendly and informative, no pushy sales just great service, they took me on a long test drive although they were very busy that day but made me feel totally relaxed, Me and all my family love my new car. I purchased a car a week ago and have had such a nice experience start to finish I'm leaving a review as this garage should be noticed for such a pleasant experience I have read the 1 star review and can honestly say some people leaving negative reviews over petty things the car I bought was as described and have been advised they are there any time I need anything in future which I though was very decent of them. 5/5 guys great prices and nice cars!!!! I went to view one of the vehicles for sale at iDrive a few weeks ago, looked fine but it was very dirty, disk brakes wear rusty as hell, he said it had only been there 4 weeks, (I suspect this wasn't the case) briefly checked around it, test drove it, seemed OK. I told one of the guys I will be getting it AA inspected, he said that's fine, I offered to leave a deposit, he said I didn't need to leave one, so I went away not thinking why I didn't have to leave one, I booked an AA inspection for the vehicle, few days later I get a call from the AA saying the car has now been sold? So I rang the garage explaining what had happened, the woman on the phone said 'oh well you should of left a deposit then, otherwise we wouldn't of sold it' I explained I tried to leave one and she denied it, saying we always take deposits, I said I was leaving a bad review because of the experience I had gone through, few minutes after the call to the woman, I receive a call from 'zak' saying how I shouldn't call in threatening them, and saying they had monitored the conversation about the deposit and I should have left one, now I have to pay a fee to AA because they had to cancel there inspection because so called someone bought the car, knowing all along the car wasn't going to pass the inspection, so they panicked and said it was sold. save your time and money and don't buy from people who do this to potential customers. If you do be sure to have an AA inspection on the vehicle you are buying, you might just save some money.

Travelled from Plymouth as the fiesta I wanted they had cheapest nationwide, I must say the car was just as the lady said over the phone, she even offered me FaceTime to go around all the car as I was travelling, I must say I was not disappointed, such a lovely bunch made it very easy for me and let me go on a test drive for a long time, I would recommend I-DRIVE value for money and such nice service start to finish.

Quick review. I visited i-Drive last month to check out a Ford Fiesta. I was not disappointed so I purchased this happily. I would rate this car dealer a 5 out of 5. Thank you guys

Drove 200 miles and was not disappointed car was as described which I feared would not be, excellent price got free 7 days insurance the guy I dealt with let me take it on a very long test drive a happy customer.

I bought a car from iDrive 4 weeks ago, the car wasn't as described in the advert but we agreed a price and I drove away. After I got home I took the car to a friend in a Volkswagen dealership, he informed me that neither front or rear parking sensors worked, the space saver spare wheel in the back was illegal for this make and model and there were no tools (jack,wheel race) in case on a puncture. I was told I would have free driveway insurance but conveniently they couldn't cover me as I had 6 points on my licence but I somehow managed to get insured by the same company online at a fee. The car also had no sat nav disc in it so I had to pay £50 for that, I informed the director the car comes with a full size alloy wheel and the wheel he has provided was illegal, I gave IDrive a 2 week period to correct this which he has agreed and it's been 3 weeks still no wheel and he's blanking my calls. If you want a trustworthy reliable and honest company to buy from avoid this place, once they've got your money their not interested in helping you, I'm taking the matter to trading standards.
