I bought a Fiat Punto from idrive two weeks ago, customer service was excellent, honest and reliable staff which is all you could ask for from a garage. The car itself runs very well and was great value for money! Would definitely recommend.
I would like to thank all the employees over at iDrive. They were awesome and made all the effort they can to get me the car for my wife's Birthday gift. The customer service over their was way above my expectations and would recommend everyone. I give them more than 10/10 stars.
Bought a limited edition Vauxhall Corsa, this was initially very good had no problems with the car until I tried to get a valuation and the dealership notified me that it was category D, they never told me this and completely misled me into buying this. I called the dealership and she called me all kinds of names and honestly I was nothing but kind and calm with this woman claiming to be the "Manager". I would not buy or sell from iDrive again, we are currently going through legal proceedings. Please do not buy from these people and suffer like we have.

H Jordan, We are really sorry you feel this way. You can understand you purchased a vehicle from us a year ago and you were wanting us to buy it for the same price you purchased. You clearly informed us you never had a problem with the car yet when we refused to meet your offer to buy the car at the same value of your purchase. I got the car delivered to Aberdeen and the car was mint had no problems, was as described, very impressed with the service and timescale of delivery.
A very happy customer, will be going back to iDrive for future cars.

I Bought a car from these guys last month, cars are a great price and had no problem. Recommended.
The car I bought was as described but since purchase noticed a few small faults that should have been rectified in the service it was supposed to have had. Although the service history was supposed to be in the post the next day it has never turned up. When you call no one ever seems to know what your talking about. After sale care is non-existent. Cars are a great price but please keep this in mind!
Upon buying a car in early 2015, the delivery times were changed 3 times throughout the day so we finally took delivery of the vehicle in the dark. We couldn't look over the car properly. The following day, we found these issues: metal on back seats were rusted, no puncture repair kit, front fog lights were taken off and taped badly in the engine, heated steering wheel not working. The car has been badly resprayed. The DVLA advised us to fill out a V62 to tax the vehicle as there was no sign of it coming from the garage. We then had to pay a fee of £25. Beware when buying a car that these issues don't happen to you
