Fast responses to my questions, and I was kept informed of the progress of the purchase at all stages. It was very straightforward and pressure-free.

Junction17 have a great selection of very tempting cars. They had prepared the car for me to view and i was able to drive it away the same day as the viewing. Matt was very helpful.

Reserved a vehicle using the £99 option due to travel distance. Upon arrival, Matt pulled the vehicle out and left me alone with keys to evaluate the car. Some warning lights were on and the roof wasn’t working, along with all four wheels requiring refurbishment. Matt ensured all were resolved prior to collection a week later, and the wheels were done to a professionally high standard. Overall service was excellent, with no pushy sales. Like others, I had read some mixed reviews, but I could not fault the service provided. I drove home 80 miles, and the car was brilliant.

Junction 17 truly deserves more than 5 stars! If I could rate them higher, I absolutely would. Ian from the finance team was terrific—they explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to get my finance agreement approved. I needed a new car for my mum, especially one that could comfortably fit her wheelchair in the boot, and Ian made the whole transition seamless. I'm beyond happy with my new Land Rover—it's absolutely perfect. Huge thanks to Ian and the entire team for their phenomenal service!

My husband was initially unsure about the stop-start feature on the car, but Charlie was incredibly helpful. He took my husband on a test drive and explained how everything worked in detail. My husband also spotted a couple of minor issues with the car, and Charlie went above and beyond by speaking with his manager, securing us a discount to address the concerns. Leonie was equally fantastic—always keeping us in the loop and following up when she said she would. Every staff member we've interacted with has been nothing short of kind and professional. My first phone call was with Umesh, who came across as extremely friendly and knowledgeable. When I returned to Junction 17 Cars, I was greeted by Umesh again, who made me feel welcome and instructed me to look around the car without putting any pressure on me. After the test drive, I was pleased with everything, so I purchased the car, and I am so glad I did. My Mercedes has been fantastic so far, and it is a pleasure to drive.

I went into Junction 17 Grantham to see a car on Tuesday and was driving away with it by Friday. Luke (the salesman) was very professional and answered any questions I had during the process. I had two small hiccups. As I was signing the finance agreement, I noticed the prices didn’t match what I was quoted. They had accidentally added VAT on top of the cash price of the car, but a quick phone call with the finance department sorted that issue and sent me new documents. The second small hiccup was on the drive back home; the check engine light illuminated. I phoned them the next morning, and I was put through to the aftercare department, who said to bring the car to their Peterborough branch to scan and see what the issue is. The mechanic there thought the car had been sitting for a while and just needed a good drive to get everything running correctly, which appeared to be the case, and my Nissan has been running like a dream since. Overall good service between both Grantham and Peterborough branches. Everyone has been very friendly over the phone and quickly answered/sorted any issues I have had.
