I walked into Lancaster Volkswagen totally unsure of what i wanted or needed, i'm not too educated when it comes to cars and their economy, i needed something that was going to work for me and for my family, their sales members were extremely knowlegabl answering any questions i had and if they didnt know the answer straight away they found it out without any trouble. I was offered a lengthy test drive which i also liked as previous dealers have only spun us round the block which in my opinion isnt a viable amount of time to decide whether you like the car or not, I wasn't set on making a decision that day as i wanted to look at a few different cars but it just felt like the right place to be, when its right, its right! BIG thanks to Lewis Cox for everything you have done for us, nothing was too big of an ask! After our sales experience Lewis and Suzanne kept good contact with us, updates about our car, videos sent over during its prep showing us where the car was up to, these little touches are so special and definately help while waiting to collect, we were so excited!!! We collected our car on a Monday, the handover slots here are Monday - Friday excluding the weekend, the appointment slots they give to you are 1 hour long but we were probably only in for around 45 minutes, we had gotten our documents signed while making the purchase so all of that stuff was out of the way and we could really just focus on learning about our new car. Suzanne went above and beyond to help us, again just like with Lewis nothing was too big of an ask, we will definately be back to swap our car here next time (we learnt that when you have a VWFS PCP agreement here, then come back to renew with another VWFS PCP you get a loyalty bonus), who doesnt love free money especially when its for staying loyal to such a reliable brand, Thank you Lancaster Volkswagen, we will be back and we will be reccommending you to our family and friends!!!!!!! :)
