Picked up the new car today, Suzanne Bland, was great, very efficient handover and we were both very happy with everything.

Fuss free experience with VW Lancaster. Louis Thurlwell was really knowledgeable and made the car available for me to test drive with no issues even though I had no appointment. Good communication of documents. Suzanne Bland did the handover and it was on time and again, a fuss free experience. Went over all the controls etc thoroughly and clearly. Overall great experience and I absolutely love my new T ROC. Thank you to all the staff as everyone was lovely
