Suzanne has been absolutely tremendous with us. We travelled from Peterborough to collect my vehicle and hit congestion a number of times, making our journey 5 hours long. We were due to arrive for the handover at 2pm but couldn’t until 4pm. Suzanne liasied with us brilliantly and was very understanding, reassuring that the push back in time is fine. Once we arrived, Suzanne gave a very warm welcome to us and was very courteous. Our experience as a whole once we arrived was second to none - Suzanne was a pleasure to encounter. Many thanks 🌟

Suzanne was really friendly and lovely to talk to. It was the end of the week and we were both tired, but she still made the handover a really positive experience. She took the time to show me everything in the car and set my phone up, and she answered all my questions. Nothing was rushed. She even went and double checked I hadn't left anything in the car I was exchanging - which I had, and it would've stayed there if Suzanne hadn't checked. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others based off my experience.
