Come Handover Day found the service and professionalism of Suzanne Bland to be of the highest calibre, nothing too much trouble from getting drinks to connecting our phones to demonstrating the technologies and features of the vehicle, some of it twice or more to those not keeping up !!! so thank you for your patience with us. It’s not the buying a car from a dealership which makes them stand out from the crowd but the staff who you become involved with during that process who define your attitudes and therefore your future decisions. My reaching a deal with the sales department was straightforward and painless enough. However The new car hand over was completed by Suzanne Bland. Failings from the sales team were overcome by her in a professional, knowledgeable and efficient manner recovering what could have been unpleasant and frustrating. I left that day impressed by her attitude, empathy and above all willingness to put the customer first. Having returned some weeks after this I returned and again was fortunate to be dealt with by Suzanne. Same attitude as before with a friendly welcoming attitude reinforcing my high regard for her. Again I left with my issue resolved with her high standards to customer satisfaction. I have worked all my life employed in roles dealing directly with the public in challenging roles and have always rated customer service as the driving force in my decisions as to whether I return with my business in the future. It is rare in these pressured environments Suzanne finds herself to find that using her time to ensure customers leave valued is important.
