This garage was a great find. The used vehicles they offer are in superb condition and the entire staff, from mechanics to sales, are friendly and customer focussed. Nothing was too much trouble, the prices were right and I left a very happy customer.
Brought a Vauxhall zafira from this company a couple of weeks ago. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, we are very happy with our purchase as the staff made sure everything was right on the car before we took it away. Would definatley recommended this company to others

Took us several visits until we found our van, nothing was to much trouble.
George and the team were extremely helpful and knowledgable throughout the whole process, all of the paperwork was swiftly taken care off including the finance which went threw in half hour and within 2 hours i was on my way home in my new car. What a great business you've made me very happy Thanks My New Motor :)

As a young women I've always been wary of the 2nd hand car sales world generally but these guys really go against that stigma! Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Craig went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car for me and I absolutely love it. Thank you My New Motor. Can't recommend these guys enough!
We purchased an Audi A5 Cabriolet from these guys, they went above and beyond what you'd expect. Great service from the start and we're happy to hold ge car for us for a week while we waited for finance. We did have a small issue a with the car after a couple weeks, they recovered the car and delivered us a courtesy car while it was in for repair so we can't complain at the service. Would definitely recommend trying this dealer.

The guy who sold me my car had no idea how to give me a finance quote and told me credit was declined because instead of the security code he tried to enter the last 3 numbers of my banks phone number! Car was advertised and sold with a DAB radio which it doesn't have, when I told him, he just shrugged his shoulders! After two weeks I got engine and brake warning lights on the dash board so they had the car for a week ( with no courtesy car) and changed an EGR valve. Two weeks later the lights came back on. So they took it back again for another week and when I picked it up again the lights came on within 5 minutes! No they tell me that they "Fixed" the problem the first time and this is a new problem that's not covered by there warranty ( Which I was never given any paper work of details of).

Very very pleased with my new motors excellent range of cars at great prices fantastic service highly recommend to anyone. Bought Peugeot 207 cc, this dealership when above and beyond to insure the car was perfect.
Back in early June this year (2017.) we purchased a used BMW from My New Motor, based Nr.Bath The car was very well cleaned, well presented and in really good condition, up to now we have had no issues with the car at all. We were given a really good trade in price for our old car and the package that they offered us included a six month part and labour warranty The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience.
