From the moment I had the test drive, he provided all of the information I needed and made the whole process so easy. They sourced my new vehicle quickly so I wasn’t waiting long at all. When there was a minor delay (due to the commission changes, not their own) they put me in a courtesy car for the weekend free of charge and presented me with a beautiful bunch of flowers as an apology (despite it being no fault of their own) when I picked up my car. Wilfie Vincent was extremely helpful, so polite and he was confident in a nice way. Wilfie was able to answer all of our questions, he was very professional throughout. We were surprised when he told us he was new to the company, he as a good knowledge of cars old and new which we were impressed with.

Upon visiting the garage we were met by Dillon, an extremely knowledgeable, professional and passionate young man. Dillon was able to give us all of the information we needed and we proceeded to purchase our new car from him, the MG HS, which we are delighted with. Everything at the garage was simply explained and we were given all of the information we needed to make the best/right decision for us as a family. Other car garages around Salisbury could take a leaf out of this garage and also learn from Dillon on how to deal with customers, in a friendly and compassionate way. We moved away from Ford, and will be looking to stay with MG from now on.
