A special mention goes to Haydn, the person who sold me the car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and, best of all, not at all pushy. The Kia practically sold itself because it was exactly what we were looking for, but Haydn’s help made the process even smoother. After purchasing my car, I ran into a couple of minor issues with one of the keys and the radar cruise control. I called the warranty company, and they connected me with a representative from Ponko. I was really impressed with how quickly they took charge of the situation. Ponko arranged for the car to be booked in at Kia, and they got everything sorted with no hassle. The key was reprogrammed, so I now have two fully functional keys, and the radar cruise control issue was traced back to a sensor fault. It was all diagnosed and fixed swiftly, and the entire process was straightforward and painless. I’ve been very impressed with the service both during and after the purchase. It’s rare to find a dealership that handles things so professionally and efficiently.

Well, well, well… where do I even begin with my Nissan Juke? Things are going really well, which, let's be honest, is a nice change of pace! First off, this car is an absolute champ. I’m pretty sure it can now navigate flood waters like a pro—I bought it, and by the end of the day, it had learnt to swim. Impressive, right? But seriously, the whole experience at Ponko was a breath of fresh air. Anthony, the sales advisor, was an absolute delight. No hard-sell tactics or endless pressure—just good vibes and genuine advice. It was such a nice change to visit a dealership where they’re not trying to force a sale down your throat. He asked thoughtful questions like, “How do you think it drives compared to your VW Polo?” and actually listened to my answers. (Spoiler: way better than my old Polo.) When it came to payment, they weren’t trying to push finance on me, either. They gave me a few options and told me to take my time. No rush, no stress—just “have a think about it, and if you’re still interested, come back to us.” Simple, easy, and surprisingly chilled. Also, big shoutout to my niece, who got her car from Ponko a few weeks earlier and told me to check out their website. It was so easy to navigate. In short, buying this Nissan Juke has been the least stressful car purchase I’ve ever made. It’s a pleasure to drive, and the whole transition was actually pleasant. Highly recommend Ponko, especially if you’re tired of the usual dealership pressure.
