This was my first time owning a hybrid car, but I thought the customer service from the team was great because they were very patient with me and attended to all of my questions before I made the purchase. When I drove away, there was a noise I wasn't sure about but after taking it to Halfords they give it the all clear and advised it's running normal for a hybrid. There are a few bits I'm still getting used to, but Ill work them out.

Credit where its due because I was very well looked after while I was at Ponko and I got a great motor. James was great because my daughter come with me and she had her little one with her, but James made us all feel well looked after. The Audi A6 has been a fantastic car and since driving it away 4 or 5 weeks ago, I'm yet to fill it up because it's that economical.

Frederick really looked after me and my son while we were getting him his first car. I thought he was a real gentleman throughout the process and I'd go as far as to say it was the nicest transaction I've had the pleasure of doing. I don't know how my son is getting on with the car but as far as I know, he's happy with it.

Anthony was my salesman and he was exemplary. There was a small problem with the door on my Skoda but it's something that neither I or Ponko would have noticed - they had it back in to fix under the warranty immediately as I reported it, further cementing the fact they're a dealership you can trust. Finding someone you can trust these days goes a long way, so if you're reading this, Ponklo are the good guys.
