I'm a new driver and was looking to purchase my very first car...I knew what I wanted but that didn't make the search any easier. After visiting a handful of dealerships & feeling completely underwhelmed, I came across Ponko's advert online. I popped down to the dealership and was absolutely blown away by the atmosphere - Everyone was friendly, greeted me with a smile & genuinely couldn't do enough for me. It was an enjoyable experience from beginning to end, and I'll be returning when it's time for an upgrade.

I'd never considered an estate before but Asa considered my requirements carefully and made the recommendation of a Volkswagen Passat estate which suited my needs perfectly without me even knowing it! Five star service from a brilliant dealership!

Ponko have been brilliant! James looked after us really well while we were buying the car and nothing was too much trouble. But what was nicely surprising is that the aftercare was top-notch too. I had an engine management light appear on the Citroen but it was easy to get it booked in and repaired under warranty, I've even got a courtesy car so I really couldn't ask for more.

While I haven't necessarily enjoyed dealing with sales people in the past, Frederick at Ponko was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in there was no pressure and no one jumped on us like you get in some places. It was nice to sit down for a proper appointment and not be rushed at all. Thanks to his excellent customer service, we'll definitely be visiting Ponko again in the future. Big thanks from a happy customer!

When I shop for a car I like to bring my dad along for help, and some dealers have had a habit of speaking to him and totally ignoring me - even though the car is for me! James was a breath of fresh air and always spoke to me 😊 every aspect of purchasing here was excellent & we'll definitely be back when it's time to change.

I must say, I'm really impressed with Ponko. Anthony and the team got everything done as quickly as they could for me which didn't go unnoticed - Thanks chaps! It's been a positive experience overall.
