Took my son to Premier Car Supermarket - Derby to have a look at a Hyundai I20 and the way we were handled was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. When we left with the car a warning light came on to do with the hybrid system so we popped straight back and the guys just got us settled and sat down while they handled it straight away. Cannot fault the service and the way they handled everything.

Had been chatting with the guys at Premier Car Supermarket - Derby for a few weeks before I went down to look at my Seat Ateca and they were really patient with me when arranging for me to come down as it took a bit of time as I was on holiday when I found the car. When I got there the experience was very chilled out, wasn't pushy at all just let me have a good look but we all knew it was a done deal. Junaid was really nice and we had a bit of banter which helped put me at ease when I was there. I am loving the car, it is bigger than what I have had previously as our family is growing so it is taking a bit of getting used to but so far so good!

I visited Premier Car Supermarket - Derby for my mum and found her Kia Picanto. My mum couldn't go on the day but she absolutely loves her new car now she has been driving around in it! Excellent service, can't complain at all.

Needed a bigger car for motorway driving as I am doing a lot of journeys over the M62 visiting my daughter and I don't like being in a small car on there. My new car has been great for this and has handled all the miles I do well. I knew what I wanted so it was just a case of finding somewhere with a good price and good reviews as I won't use somewhere if they have negative reviews and Premier Car Supermarket - Derby fit the bill, they are over 100 miles away from me but the price and reviews were too good to miss out on. There was an issue with the heaters but it turned out a connection had just come out so just needed plugging back in. Can't fault the service on the day either, the team really looked after me.

Would definitely recommend the guys at Premier Car Supermarket - Derby! I got my BMW 330E from them and they were amazing, they let me take the car out on a test drive and floor it so I got a good feel for it and let me go out for as long as I wanted. Junaid and Craig were such good lads, I would trust them to find me my next car as they just completely understood what I wanted. The service was amazing, for me I buy the experience not the product and these guys definitely delivered on that, within 2 minutes of chatting with them I was confident it was the right place for me, I felt like I had known them for years - I would take those guys on holiday! Already recommended them to my cousin for his next car

No complaints at all! My mum went down to Premier Car Supermarket - Derby for me as I was stuck at work annoyingly, but she said the guys were all great and she drove away in my new Ford Focus. I had to take it back due to the engine light coming on but the guys there were sound and got it sorted for me nice and quickly so I have no complaints.

My sister found my Hyundai Ioniq for me on google, we checked the reviews and went down to Premier Car Supermarket - Derby. The guys were great on the day and the gave us a good experience. The car is running great and I am driving it every day. They definitely get a high 5 from me!

I'm getting on really well with the car. Also I'm really happy with the service I received throughout the whole process of picking the car I wanted. My overall experience was really good. I had the same person from when I asked to view the cars to when I made my final payment of the car I chose. He was really helpful and did all the work to the car that needed doing before purchasing the car. This made it so easy to pick up from where the last appointment ended and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole thing. I'd definitely recommend family and friends to premier car supermarket for their future car!

My Honda CR-V is a dream to drive, and it handles like a charm, responding to the slightest touch, making every journey a joy. Raj, the salesman, was brilliant. His knowledge about the car, his patience while explaining everything, and his commitment to making sure it was a stress-free transaction for me were faultless.
