I've not done many miles in my Fabia yet but from what I have driven of it, I'm getting along with it well. The customer service was positive and impressive.

I am so glad I changed the car that I previously chose, it just was not for me. I must admit I am very pleased with the Skoda Fabia I switched to. Thank you for giving me the chance to swap my car, that old MG I had was a huge mistake. This Skoda on the other hand, its well and truly beats the MG. Josh was a really great salesman, so understanding and helpful when I was going through with he swap. Full on 5 stars.

Absolutely loving my car! It's been a champ! Took it on a Christmas trip to Poland and back, and it's been all over Europe without 1 single issue. Josh, who provided the customer service was a star—helpful, friendly, and took care of everything. He answered all my questions, even picked me up from the train station. Now that deserved 5 stars!

Premier Car Supermarket in Derby was top-notch. Raj was a gem—so helpful and informative about the car. When I swung by for pickup, Josh was equally brilliant. Smooth, efficient, and a breeze to deal with. No pressure at all—just a nice, easy transaction. Definitely a solid 5 stars! Everything's been smooth sailing with the car, no issues at all. Had a recall for a system update, but the Mercedes garage sorted it out hassle-free. Can't forget to mention Raj again for the customer service—he was just perfect throughout the process.

Second time of purchasing a car from Premier Car Supermarket and both times the experience has been great. Both times it has been Kyle who has guided us through the car purchases and he has been so professional with no salesman pressure selling. Highly rate Kyle.

Our daughter bought her first car from PCS in January of this year. That was our first introduction to the company. Rachel, (who has since left), was brilliant - professional, helpful and friendly in equal measure. Needless to say the car has proved to be just as impressive! We were so impressed that we came to you when it was time to change our own car. We were looked after by Josh who again was helpful, friendly and professional throughout. We were very pleased with the car, even more so when Josh arranged for new brake discs & pads to be fitted after our test drive!
