I bought a car from Q1 Motors not so long ago and I can happily say I was amazed with the experience. The staff were respectful and very friendly. They constantly looked after from the time my transaction started until I bought my car. They offered free next day delivery and the car as promised was outside my door the next day, and that too by the time they said it would be. I will definitely be using again and recommending to friends and family.

I've been to a lot of car dealerships through the country over the past few years and Q1 Motors is the best one I've come across. The lads are a great bunch, very hospitable as they offered me tea and biscuits. The amount of cars on offer is ridiculous and I felt like a kid in a candy store. The manager helped me to pick out my ideal car, took me on a drive and we wrapped up the deal relatively quickly. The car is in great working condition, almost brand new. Will definitely come back in the future.

Bought a BMW car 10 month ago from Q1 Motors, was told it up to date with service and passed MOT. Nearly a month after buying the car it had to go to a garage for an issue that cost over £100 which took a battle before they even paid me the money. every since it been from on issue to another. it not even a year yet and I have spent way over 1k on repairing the car back to back, and they were not in any way willing to make any further payments as promised in their warranty certificate. they are an absolute scam and all after the money with no good customer service what so ever.

Do not deal with Adam, charged an £80 deposit only to be told this is a delivery fee!
so i bought my car from Q1 Motors without seeing the car in person and had it delivered straight to my car. They sorting my finance out although i had bad credit and also gave me a great price for my part exchange. Great company to deal with. Thanks Adam

Awful. Car we purchased from Q1 Motors in Oldham had all sorts of faults with it, had to get a diagnostic took out which deemed the car not road worthy! they promised for it to be fixed on their warranty but said that the majority of repairs were not under their warranty! Confused? Yeah me too! Very patronising and ignorant and rude...steer clear!

I have just purchased a car from Q1 Motors and I have to say I was delighted with how they looked after me from start to finish of my transaction. Nothing is to much trouble for this company so please don’t be put off by any negative reviews. I would use again in the future and I will be recommending to family and friends or the public. Q1 motors were absolutely horrendous, They didn't admit their mistakes and dodged us.. Actually considering legal action against them. Wouldn't recommend.

Purchased a vehicle off these people and immediately had to take it into a garage for repair. It transpired that the vehicle was unroadworthy and unsafe to drive. The dealer had committed an illegal act selling it contravening section 75 of The Road Traffic Act 1988. He refused a refund, to discuss the matter and to take any responsibility for the provision of a safe and roadworthy vehicle - he said it was not his concern. He will treat any prospective buyer in the same way because he does not understand the law or his moral responsibilities. His sole objective is the pursuit of profit at someone else's expense - yours and mine!! BEWARE!!
