I recently bought a Mercedes GLE from S James and was delighted with the service from start to finish. Thanks to the team for all of their help. I will definitely be using S James in the future.
So I arrived this afternoon and firstly the place looks extremely nice. Matter of fact me and my friend agreed that we would love to have a place like S James Prestige. As I walked in to collect my BMW 530d staff were so friendly and were smiling unlike most places I have been to in the past. They greated me and my friend very well. We were offered drinks whilst I had a short wait before the car was bought to the front for us to inspect in my own time and was asked if I would like to take the car for a test drive and make sure I was absolutely happy. I can not stress more than this but S James Prestige is a breath of fresh air. I would not think twice to buy another car from them. They really now how to deal with customers. So if you are reading my review, I would recommend checking them out first. And if you can not find what you are looking for then call and ask because this is what I did. They kept me in the loop and even after many of my calls from thry never were annoyed and always gave me full attention over the phone too. If there is one negative then that would be that I wish they were located in London. Hehe. Thank you S James Prestige for your great service.

I have recently purchased my second car through S James Prestige. I have reverted back to this dealer for a number of reasons. Firstly, I had a small issue with my first car which was swiftly dealt with under the 3 year warranty package. The car was booked in to Mercedes main dealer the next day and S James dealt directly with the dealership regarding the payment. No hassle or quibbling! A refreshing change! The second buying experience has been first rate also. Courtesy and professional in abundance. I could not recommend the business highly enough. If you are looking for quality, prestigious cars at low mileage and competitive pricing look no further!
