Having been looking to replace our existing car we decided that a Mercedes’ E class estate would be the perfect fit especially having 3 dogs so put a budget together and started the search.Let me firstly explain that I am a retired Dealer Principal having worked for many premium brands including Porsche for over 40 years so had a pretty god idea what to look for when searching nationally as distance wasn’t an issue for the right car and company to deal with. After much searching I came across S James Prestige and found a number of cars that potentially ticked the boxes and having read previous reviews decided on a vehicle and made the call. I had a list of detailed questions prepared and the call was answered very professionally by Natalie who is in the Sales department and took note of all the details that needed addressing and very promptly answered them to satisfy concerns and even went to the trouble of forwarding me an in-depth video of the vehicle to satisfy and give me assurances of both specification and condition. The process followed in detail by Natalie was nothing short of outstanding in every way and having travelled for nearly 3 hours to collect I felt reassured that I wouldn’t be disappointed. Upon arrival the car was ready fully valeted and extras fitted which I felt enhanced the appearance and it looked truly stunning. Natalie greeted us and completed all the necessary hand over paperwork including taxing and explanation of warranty’s and controls and features. I have bought many cars since retirement including my other car a Jaguar f-pace SVR and I must say that the whole experience of S.James Prestige was above and beyond my expectations and that was down to Natalie from the moment she took my phone call. Having drove home and had the car a week it drives faultless and for a four year old car is immaculate in both appearance and mechanically. Having had a front splitter fitted prior to delivery which I thought suited the front view I had the unfortunate issue of driving over a raised parking post and totally ripping off the splitter which I was totally gutted about so rang Natalie in the hope that she could locate me a replacement or give me some advice. It is at times like these that you find out just how good s company and it’s staff are and again Natalie excelled and promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent the following day which totally blew me away with her support. In conclusion can I say a huge thank you to Natalie and SJames Prestige for supplying me with the most amazing fantastic service and a beautiful Mercedes and to suggest that if you are looking for a vehicle speak to Natalie and experience the journey I have had and look no further.

So I arrived this afternoon and firstly the place looks extremely nice. Matter of fact me and my friend agreed that we would love to have a place like S James Prestige. As I walked in to collect my BMW 530d staff were so friendly and were smiling unlike most places I have been to in the past. They greated me and my friend very well. We were offered drinks whilst I had a short wait before the car was bought to the front for us to inspect in my own time and was asked if I would like to take the car for a test drive and make sure I was absolutely happy. I can not stress more than this but S James Prestige is a breath of fresh air. I would not think twice to buy another car from them. They really now how to deal with customers. So if you are reading my review, I would recommend checking them out first. And if you can not find what you are looking for then call and ask because this is what I did. They kept me in the loop and even after many of my calls from thry never were annoyed and always gave me full attention over the phone too. Firstly, I had a small issue with my first car which was swiftly dealt with under the 3 year warranty package. The car was booked in to Mercedes main dealer the next day and S James dealt directly with the dealership regarding the payment. No hassle or quibbling! A refreshing change!
