I can’t recommend S James Prestige enough. Khloe was amazing from the beginning and went out of her way to help me get a car secured in a short time before I had to catch a flight. After being stung by another dealer I was always assured by her friendly and professional approach. The collection process was made super easy by Matt. I had a phone call today from Khloe to check everything is going well with the car. This goes to show the service they offer is truly 5 star. I will definitely be back in the future!

Very happy with my BMW purchase from S J Prestige. Billy (sales rep) was great and very responsive coming back with answers to all queries. High standards in terms of body work and add-ons - Highly recommend
S James price themselves on their service. Just before handover they noticed a scratch in the front splitter and delayed handover to change the part there and then, which I was impressed by. I dealt with Billy in sales who's communication was prompt and honest and gave me all the info he could. Overall I'm very happy with my bespoke car and service

Never leave reviews but this is my first time using this dealership and they were faultless Collected car this morning and noticed a very small mark on one of the wheels within 20 minutes the wheel was replaced with a new one very friendly and professional dealership

Unfortunately I was unable to follow through purchasing a car with SJames due to medical reasons, throughout the process Billy and Natalie were great in communicating information to me. The company very kindly refunded my deposit and when I am cleared to drive again will defiantly be using them to purchase my next car.
I had previously had a very bad experience with another dealership & it really put me off buying from another but this isn’t your everyday dealership. From the second I called Khloe was so helpful & there was absolutely no pressure to buy. There was an initial issue with the first car I wanted to buy but the team were quick with helping me & luckily we found another car that I was much happier with! I was abit worried with the click & collect option as I’ve always viewed cars before but they sent over pictures of the interior, exterior etc over the week. They kept me informed with regular calls on progress & my appointment. When I arrived everyone was so welcoming - again no creepy sales tactics or pressure to buy. Matt handled the sale - very professional & to the point. When it comes to the next car purchase I know where I’ll be going. Thank you guys so much for everything!
