Found this dealer through Auto Trader advert. As I live over 320 miles away I communicated via email for much of the deal before even seeing the car. Fantastic service late into the evening to answer all my questions. This helped me feel valued and enabled me to feel confident dealing with them. They offered me a decent price for my car without even seeing it and basically, the deal was done by email and a few phone calls. Had the new car for a day and it developed a fault (an expensive one). Unfortunately the warranty given with the new car didn't cover the fault, but, thanks to the professionalism and decency of the guys at Sarah Cox Cars, they agreed to pay the bill in full. Top marks. Fantastic service in today's market.

I found this dealer on-line via the Auto Trader website. I live about 300 miles away and was initially wary about making the trip up only to find the car was not as described or that the photos cunningly hid something untoward. The car was exactly as shown and I found them very easy to deal with. The car was even serviced by Mercedes before I took delivery. Can't fault them
Very friendly and helpful. Treated me like a valued customer even though I was buying one of their cheapest cars. Would most certainly recommend them, they were worth the 3 hour round trip!

They were just dead honest with me from the start, friendly and trusting. Let me take the keys for a test drive straight away, i could be anyone really. They were their for me in every way through the sale, made it all easy and as you can see I have given them top marks overall and said i would definitely go back as you could probably tell from this review
