I bought a car from this dealership in August. The dealers were not very accommodating at all and seemed very disinterested. There were some long delays in getting the bank transfer completed and they just showed so consideration. I had travelled a long way to come and collect the car and they were aware of this. I have had issues with the car but I have not bothered to go back as I'm sure they have probably washed their hands of this car. I would not go back or recommend.

Tracey, Very dissapointed to see this review and i would like to apolagise for any inconvience caused, Unfortunatley we have no control over bank transfers and any delay in funds reaching us is your banks responsibility our hands are unfortunatley tied in this situation. Regarding any issues you've had with the car, Again very dissapointed to hear this and can only apolagise, I really wish you had contacted us and atleast gave us the opportunity to help before branding us as a dealer who would "wash their hands of it". Simpson Motors were very professional in their approach, I'd never bought a car on finance before but they knew the process well and guided me through it, they kept in contact and told me exactly what I needed to provide. As far as the car is concerned I've had no problems and I'm happy with the price I paid. I'd certainly use this Simpson Motors again.

Simpson Motors were good, it's been a few months now and the car is running well, I was happy with the way I was treated and they cleaned the car inside and out and put 6 months road tax on it. If i was getting another car in the future I would consider using them again based on this experience.

Simpson Motors and their staff were really helpful and genuinely nice towards me when I was looking to buy my car from them, which I did I must add. Everything went perfectly had no issues at all so cant score their aftersales care as there has been no reason to return.

Everybody at the dealership was friendly, they didnt jump on you like a lot of places do, they left me to it and just said to give them a call if I needed anything else, clearly this approach to selling a car worked for me because I went ahead and purchased the car and furthermore would go there again. No problems so far so cant comment on them resolving any issues

Simpson Motors is a family run business by Raymond Simpson and his son Bryan Simpson. Raymond Simpson has been supplying quality used cars to Dunfermline and surrounding areas since 1980 when Simpson Motors was originally established at Mid-Beveridgewell in Dunfermline, He quickly outgrew that site and moved to our current premises in Rumblingwell Dunfermline which has 4 times the capacity of the old garage.
We have been in business for over 35 years now and have built up a large amount of return customers who actively recommend us to their friends and family. In more recent years we have found people travelling from all over the country to take advantage of our great deals & cars.
