I bought a Ford Focus Zetec recently, its not my usual type of car, but I needed something efficient and cheap to run, I've really become to love it, its really easy to drive and function, I am very pleased. It's a massive difference from my previous 3.5 litre engine so took a while to get used to the gears etc, but I'm actually really enjoying driving it. Service was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. SR Motor Group made the process quick and easy and very straight forward, happily recommend.

It was a little strange buying a car without stepping foot into a dealership. I called to talk to SR Motor Group about a lovely Fiat 500 they had in stock. On the first phone call, the dealer gave me all the information I needed, they was lovely, very helpful. We then had a few further phone calls and I knew I was buying from a reliable garage, dealer then arranged for the car to be delivered - it was such an easy process, I literally didn't have to leave the house once. The Fiat 500 is perfect, I love it. I was a bit nervous that it might be a tight fit with the 2 children as well, but we all fit in great, its nice and comfortable, and the kids love it too - mainly because the roof goes down.... I am really impressed with the car and more so with how straight forward the process was. Thanks SR!

I bought a Vauxhall Astra from the dealer a couple of weeks ago, so far so good, we've not had any problems at all, my wife is mainly driving it and she loves it, says the car drives very well, she's really happy with it. Simon looked after us down there, he was great, went out of his way to ensure we had all the information needed, and that we was happy with the car and process. I honestly have never received service like this - from walking in the showroom, I felt comfortable and at ease. They have a laid back, calm atmosphere and everybody I met there was very nice and kind. The dealer gave me time, they didn't rush me at all - he said to take all the time you need to look around the car and they even allowed me to test drive on my own, they put their trust into me, and I put my trust into them knowing I was buying from a reliable, genuine dealer. There was no pushy-ness, no pressure they made me feel comfortable and the whole process was stress-free and enjoyable. The Mercedes A Class I bought is the best car I've ever driven or owned, its amazing, I can't fault it at all, everything is working exactly as it should.

I am very pleased with the Renault Clio I bought from SR Motor Group, car is great, I'm happy with it. The customer service was amazing, Simon was lovely, very helpful. When I went to the dealership to buy my Volkswagen Polo, Sam was awesome, he got everything sorted quickly and smoothly, no issues at all with the process or service provided, Sam did everything he said he would and made sure I was happy with the car before leaving.
