Out Toyota Land Cruiser had to have bodywork repairs at the bromsgrove branch . All the staff were so helpful and considerate offering us a lift home when we left the car and collecting us after it’s repair . We would highly recommend this dealership

I went to view a Toyota C-HR Hybrid but on arrival I saw another one that interested me more. Elvis talked me through everything he did not try to hard sell or push me at all, he allowed me and my son to thoroughly inspect the car and take it for a test drive. Elvis took his time and knowledge to tell us everything we wanted to know. He is an asset to your company and I would highly recommend Toyota Bromsgrove to friends and family. I took delivery of my C-HR on 29/05/21 the handover went very smoothly and even though Elvis was quite unwell on that day he called me in the evening after he had got home to check I was happy and everything was ok. I can not thank him enough for making my purchase easy and pleasurable. Thank you so much Elvis. The only small criticism I have is that the car had not been valeted as I was promised.

Elvis was very knowledgable and researched my preferences even before I arrived. He allowed most important TIME for me to fully consider my options and he knew everything about my car and others. He consulted with his manager and got me a good deal on my auto. Elvis cared about his communication skills which were evident in his dealings with me. Bought a Gr Yaris from this garage had terrible service after making 3 complaints they still did not sort . The regional manager got involved finally to resolve . Very unhappy especially with the sales manager who does not have a clue .

I have just purchased another new car from Motorline Toyota Bromsgrove. 18 months ago my friend and I both bought a Yaris Hybrid each. Because we both experienced a pleasurable straight forward purchase, it was an easy choice for me to return to Motorline Toyota Bromsgrove to purchase a new Toyota Corolla. The sales team were extremely helpful considering the purchase was all done by phone and online due to Covid19. I would fully recommend this company if you wish to purchase a Toyota vehicle.

In replacing my Yaris with new 2021 model Gary Lear made the process stress free and was extremely helpful. Could not believe all done and sorted in 6 days. I have always found this dealership friendly, courteous and knowledgable to the point where I then made a further purchase to replace my wife’s car within a matter of days. 5***** Dealership.

This the third year using Toyota Bromsgrove which gives an all round service. Customers given timely notice of service due date and Alex and Ryan advise on options available. This year used collection and return after job done. Everything ran as planned. Very pleased and will continue to use them.
