My friend and I went all the way to Wrexham (from London) to buy a Fiat 500 hybrid we had seen on Stoneacre Wrexham website. We had spoken to Jack Ashcroft on the phone before and booked an appointement with him on a Saturday. Jack went above and beyond to make it a great experience for us...he came to pick us up at the train station under the snow...welcomed us with a smile and teas to warm us up (it was freezing)...everything (papers and car were done and ready to go). Could not have been a better and more efficient experience. The car is fantastic too! Thank you so much Jack for that Northerners welcoming experience. We will come back ...never mind the 260 miles drive!

Initially misleading info on 1st car I was guided towards. Car was not ready on first 2 days and because of my disatisfaction was given another salesman(Ross) who was extremely informative and helpful. The car I left with is suitable for me.
I visited Stoneacre Wrexham and purchased an Arona Seat on PCP. Ben Jones, showed me and explained everything about the car and the finance available was very patient and informative. I felt totally supported throughout. Thank you Ben.

Booked Citroen Cactus car in for Major service to be told the car would be cleaned outside and inside as part of the service when i spoke to person on telephone , which prompted us to go here for the Service . But when we picked the car up it was not cleaned at all , even had to go back in to have book stamped . Not happy with amount paid and not recieved the Service they said they would do . Go somewhere else now . Not very good at All .

Collected our car from Stoneacre, John Byrne who sold us the car was very helpful nothing was too much trouble, he explained everything and we are very happy with the service John provided.
Service quality was fantastic. Leah arranged everything for me and was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble. Staff go above and beyond here. Would definetly recommend.

Avoid bad company and rude staff members they will lie to you about there 0% apr and they will continue to lie to you. They are a dodge dealership and sell overpriced cars and some are faulty. They will mis lead you in to a personal loan and will not give time to think or give you a pre contract to look over. They lie and have dishonest staff to rob you and seal your coffin I don’t recommend buying from stoneacre Wrexham or any other stoneacre because they will threaten you that you would be worst off if your not happy with the service you get from them. When I purchased a car from the Wrexham branch I’ve had nothing but problems with it and when you raise a complaint with them they threaten you and laugh at you. Even though they have chances to put things right they don’t want to know After the sale. I have bought many cars from them and they don’t respect customers after the sale has been agreed. When you go there to buy a car they will be your best mate and may rip you off. It’s a shame really they couldn’t come to some sort of fair conclusion regarding my problems with my car and my complaint. They will also lie to other companies to make themselves look good and when my car kept going in for repair for the same problem I wanted to use my consumer rights from trading standards section 75 and after numerous times to reject the car they would threaten me with there top solicitors. They could of kept a good customer. In the past they sold me a lifetime guarantee for £1000 which I thought was free Shop around before visiting a stoneacre. Stay away from the liars and bullies at the Wrexham branch. They would also put your finance agreement against yourself and not the car and then if something does go wrong you don’t have much chance and they should really make clear it’s a personal loan and not a car finance deal. There Customer relations are useless service because I received no help from them what so ever and they don’t want to hear what you what to say. They ask you to reach out to them and they want to know more and it’s pointless when the don’t want to listen to you. Shop around at the same car at decent dealer first before yo buy it from a stoneacre.
