It was my first time buying a car from Wrexham Volkswagen but everything was perfect, my new T-Roc has been good so far.

We spotted the Tiguan Allspace while we were on holiday so we were lucky to find the car and this great dealership! Sion was really informative and took his time to show us around the car and recommend features that were relevant to us. What really impressed was how Sion and the other staff acknowledged us and kept us updated even though he was busy with other customers, always keeping our tea topped up along the way! I've purchased a few cars in the past however Wrexham VW was exceptional.

I purchased a lovely Golf down at the Swansway Wrexham VW and I am still not over how well it went! I can not believe how easy and smooth the transaction was when buying a car here, its never been like this anywhere else in the past. The team were so nice to be around and deal with, they all seemed happy to be there, happy to help and very bubbly and welcoming. Everything is running well with the Golf I purchased. I am thoroughly enjoying driving the car, it is absolutely perfect. The service provided by the dealership exceeded my expectations, which is impressive because I used to work for VW & Audi and know their service standards ( which were amazing back then ) but I do actually think the service is better now than what is was back then. I chose the Golf specifically because of the excellent performance of the motor, and I am delighted with it. l as a customer, am more then satisfied and would highly recommend using this VW branch.
