The Tiguan is an excellent car, its really good and I am very much enjoying it. On the day we came down we wasn't really looking to buy a car, it was just a quick visit, it turned out that there was 2 models of cars I really liked, Sion gave me all the time in the world, gave us lots of info about the car, we took a look at the car and we couldn't say no. We ended up taking the car away on that day and I have not looked back since. After a few weeks had passed Sion followed up with a nice call to check all was well. I believe this was 5 star service. I am highly impressed!

4 years I have been involved with this dealership and every time I return the service just keeps on getting better. Sion is the main man who tends to look after me when I come in to purchase a car, he is a gentleman from the word go. I went in around October time and I knew that they didn't have the car I wanted in the show room at the time but after describing everything I was looking for in a car to Sion, he went away and started to look for the perfect spec car for me. He kept in touch the whole time and showed me multiple pictures of different cars that had come in just in case I was interested. Eventually he found me the perfect car, which was the Volkswagen Tiguan, I then went back to the garage to test drive the car and it was exactly what I was looking for. A review based on my recent purchase, a VW T-Cross from Wrexham Volkswagen. Firstly, Sion, the salesman was incredible throughout the whole process and a true credit to the team at VW. Sion was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. He answered all my questions, and his professionalism made the entire transaction seamless. I also appreciate the fact that he had a dash cam fitted before collection, which gives me peace of mind. Although I haven't had to rely on it yet, knowing that it is there both in the front and back is reassuring. The car itself is running smoothly, and I am quickly adjusting to the automatic transmission. It has become so convenient that I can't imagine going back to manual driving. One standout feature is the car's ability to park itself, making my daily routine effortless. I no longer have to worry about moving my left foot when coming off my driveway, as the car handles it perfectly. The colour of the car, a vibrant blue, has received compliments from everyone who has seen it, and I must admit that I love it too. Despite having owned silver VW cars for the past 12 or 14 years, I am now drawn to the striking blue. Comparing my experience with Wrexham Volkswagen to that of purchasing my previous car from a different dealership, there is a clear difference. These guys are far superior in terms of professionalism and friendliness. Their showroom environment is inviting, and I must mention that I am quite fond of the coffee they offer. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the VW T-Cross from Wrexham Volkswagen. I highly recommend to anybody who is thinking of buying a new car, you won't regret it.

After making the long trip up from down south it was really important that the team were very honest and transparent with the car as it was a very long trip. It was Sion who we got in touch with once we saw the car online. We were so pleased to see that he didn't miss any details out about the car and there were no hidden surprises. They were also really accommodating once we arrived as it was horrendous weather, we had our little one with us, but they really looked after us. I have had a whole lot of cars in my time, not cheap things! They cost a fortune, but for somebody who is into cars... its always going to be an expensive hobby! Anyway, I bought a nice VW T-Roc from Wrexham VW garage and they were brilliant. Sion is a good lad, looked after me well and did everything I asked of him. Nothing was too much trouble for the lad, he was really excellent. I have had a T-Roc in the past you see so it didn't take too much getting used to, but these newer T-Rocs are nice cars, really impressive, especially this one! I do not regret going back to VW from Honda, and will likely stick with VW for a while now!

I have dealt with Wrexham Volkswagen a few times now and I know Sion pretty well, he is great and always has been, he is so good at what he does and more to the point, he is passionate about what he does. I have been with VW for a long time and that's how its going to say, it goes without saying as and when I need a new car I will be straight back here. I would always recommend Wrexham VW, they're just amazing. I recently purchased a Polo and I actually really like it. Its a good little motor! No faults! They are just perfect each and every time!!

'Loving my new car' is an understatement.... The VW T-Roc I bought myself down at Wrexham VW is one in a million. I adore the car, its amazing! My favourite thing so far has just got to be the heated seats, especially in this weather. Sion was so friendly and approachable! He made sure we had a mutual agreement and I had full understanding of everything before we went ahead with the sale. The car was spotless, of course. Absolutely beyond my expectations.
