Do not buy from them... they sold me a car with a problem and under warranty they kept me with no car 6 months... and after 6 months they start telling me it was my fault and they can cover my warranty even when i spoke with the mechanic who suppose to repair the car and he said clearly is not my fault, they want to give me the car back faulty and telling me the car is OK.. it is a family business and Jaffer's dad is a bad man as in his attitude ... i finish exchanging the old car with another car plus I've had to give extra money from my pocket even if I've stood 6 months with no car.. bad company...

The guy I dealt with, was great, very nice guy. The customer service was spot on at Top Gear Stoke. I bought a BMW 5 Series, and the car has been great since purchasing. I would happily buy from Top Gear again in the future.

I purchased a Toyota Prius from Top Gear Stoke a few weeks back, since buying the car it has been very reliable, lovely car to drive. The dealership are very helpful and friendly with their customers, they got the car sorted quickly and it looked lovely when I collected. I will recommend top gear to friends and family.

Everything was brilliant with Top Gear Stoke, the salesman is a really nice guy, he was welcoming and helpful. We made a deal on the Honda CR-V, there was a little paint job I wanted done before I took the car away, he did this no problem, and to a high standard. I'm very happy with the car, it looks good, nice to drive and was a great buy at a great price! Thanks Top Gear, I will be back when I'm needing a new car, but for now I will recommend the dealership to others.

I felt very looked after when visiting Top Gear Stoke, I was valued as a customer, Jaffer the salesman was brilliant, very helpful, not pushy and had lots of info. I went to see a Toyota Yaris, the condition was great, price was fair and the mileage was low. It fitted exactly what I needed. Really happy with the car, I can't recommend Top Gear Stoke enough.

I really can't fault Top Gear Stoke in any aspect, the customer service was brilliant, Jaffer was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I bought a Mercedes Sprinter - the van is running well and lovely to drive, over-all highly impressed with the dealership, service and vehicle. I would happily buy here again and recommend to friends and family.

I have bought numerous vehicles from Top Gear Stoke, I've never had a problem with any of the cars. Jaffer is extremely helpful and friendly. The customer service has always been reliable, and prices are very fair. This time round I bought a Mondeo, the car is trusty, no issues. Very happy over-all. I will be back when ready! Thanks guys.

I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction, it was brilliant purchasing a car through Top Gear Stoke. The lads were great, they were quick, efficient and very helpful. I would be very happy to go back when I'm ready for another. I bought a Mercedes E Class, and I am 100% happy with it.
