We bought 2 vans from top gear stoke, vehicles were very good, clean and both had full service history. Mr Jaffer was very knowledgable and got both vehicles ready and delivered before we expected.

I live 3 hours away from this garage, and enquired about the DS3 at this garage, and was told it would be serviced, have a 12 months MOT, and 6 months warranty. I was also told if I paid a deposit they would have the MOT ready for when I arrived, and put fuel in the tank. I had looked up about this car before I arrived, and saw mainly good reviews and some negative, and began to become hesitant, I then found that the garage had this car for just under a year, and had only done 6 miles, and it’s previous MOT stated it had an advisory stating the tyre was close to the legal limit and the brake disc was on its way out. Friday I received a text to say the car had passed its MOT, and had no advisories, and that the car had got dirty from having its MOT done, and would be cleaned before I arrived to view the car. I had an appointment for 12 noon, and also made the dealer aware when I was setting off for my journey. I arrived to find the car was filthy, inside AND out, covered in scratches, and a dent. There were 2 BALD tyres on the car, even though it was supposed to have ‘passed’ its MOT. I got inside the car to find the tank was completely empty, and the touch screen didn’t even work, and was told if I wait 30 minutes the touch screen will ‘work’. We asked how long they had the car and was told 4 months. Which was a lie, as they weren’t aware we knew more information, which we confronted them about. We then asked if it had a service and was told it had an oil change. We asked to open up the bonnet, and I have never seen a car so filthy, it was thick muck, considering this car was supposed to have been a 16 plate car. Extremely disappointed, would never go anywhere near the garage again, what a waste of time and money. I wish I had listened to the negative reviews. AVOID! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Bought a 2012 Yaris off this Dealer Mr Jaffa by phone which I should have gone to inspect and clarify everything before handing over a penny but I believed he was a Gentleman and would keep to his words, how wrong I was! He firstly delivered the car dirty which I overlooked, He promised everything initially but after getting paid his attitude changed! He got the V5 Document sent to a wrong address which was his fault, not once did he accept responsibility or apologise, DVLA charged me to correct his mistake, he refused to refund me. Again Mr Jaffa mistake to order a Jack which I found was missing from the car to the wrong address,(am still awaiting the arrival but have no faith in that happening as its been 2weeks now)... I noticed the wing mirror was not working which he stated the Warranty would cover, I contacted the Warranty Company who stated the warranty does not cover that. I had to visit an alternative mechanic to correct this issue which took Mr Jaffa 2weeks and many texts later to finally credit me! In all, a bitter experience dealing with Mr Jaffa who does not know exactly what he is selling, nice as pie when getting your money but after sales services and customer service is non existence !
